I don't know what to expect next. This is insane.

If this is true, then I would think the motive would be money (possible collection on insurance policies/house transferred into her name etc.).

Now, what would her motive be for hurting Kyron? I'm trying to figure out how the two possible crimes could be connected because if either one is true, then I think they are indeed intertwined in an insidious way.

I have several thoughts floating around but haven't settled on anything yet.

Where's Kyron? I want to scream at her and shake her to get the information out of her.

then this might go down as the biggest witchunt of all time

No -- those big child abuse daycare center cases have that spot.

I agree it would be a witch hunt, though, if she were factually innocent. Especially if she didn't bring it on herself by lying and not being forthcoming.

I keeping thinking about how Kyron's mom must feel. Knowing that the woman that cared for her child probably knows where he is. It must so hard to get through the day.

Thank you for taking the time to cast your vote. Here's to bringing Kyron home!

I can't stop thinking about Desiree! I just feel so bad for her and wish whoever has information leading to Kyron would just come forward. I don't care if its Terri or the Man in the Moon. Just give this poor woman a little peace of mind and tell her where her son is!

I cannot imagine, nor do I want to. I pray every night for Desiree, Kaine, Tony, Kyron, and everyone else who loves Kyron! I sure hope this family gets the peace they so deserve soon!

When will this madness stop? Why are innocent children repeatedly the victims in this country? This isn't baseball, every person in this country should get one strike and your out when it comes to children!!!!

Excuse my rant....

In my opinion to the extent that the school never called the family right after attendance
is the biggest flag of all. SO WHOM would you like to arrest???

Whom may the school be covering for?
Why is the school not accountable?

I see parents leaving their kids at the curb and watching them go into the school. I cant see that TH leaving the boy 150 yards from the classroom to be such a huge problem.

The only thing that has put a monkey ranch into the works is the Gardner. and while that is not good news it still isn't pointing to Terry in my book.

The school wouldn't be accountable for anything, if they were already told that he would be absent.

An absolutely valid point about the school. I wonder if the board has a team of lawyers all over this as well? Even if TH is involved, it still leaves the school wide open for a law suit, would it not?

What would the lawsuit be? Terri is the stepmom. She told them he was leaving. How is this eligible for a lawsuit? Parents take their kids out of school everyday.

Sorry, I am just going by what I have read so far by MSM or what LE has stated. I have not read anywhere that TH told anyone that she was taking Kyron from school that day and he would be absent after setting up his display? Perhaps I have missed a recent article or PC - do you mind linking me to it? TIA

Oh my, I missed a huge flag then. I thought step-mummy dropped him off at his first class, waved goodbye, and SHE left. When did she tell the school he was leaving?

If that's the case, all fingers point to SM? NO?

Best,

Mel

ps: can anyone post a linky?

-No one has ever verified that she told anyone he was leaving...
-She took some paperwork to be filled out for a dr appointmnet according to her friend but it's never been verified when the appointment was supposed to be...
-At the very beginning of the case someone commented after an article that she yelled across a crowded gym that he had an appointment. Not substantiated...

Correct me if I'm wrong, but it's all rumor and especially all unverified by LE

Thank you. So someone in the office saw her then (without Kyron). Good alibi, eh? I wonder if she picked up the paperwork after the bell rang (for first class). This is the first I heard of it.

Thanks for clearing this up -- as I'm sure we would have heard about it by now on NG or JVM.

All the best,

Mel

IF she is innocent & if we want to look at a witch-hunt, it should start with the press & LE. Not blaming either, but if it turns out Terrie is innocent...maybe things will or should change that they become more forthcoming as the public gets their info. mainly from the press. Personally, I don't think this is a witch-hunt.

I think LE has told us the truth from the beginning & even now...with the little facts they have given. IMO it has always pointed to someone very close to Kyron...they have repeatedly told us.

If it walks like a duck, talks like a duck...sometimes it is simply A duck! Sometimes all the little red flags do ADD up, don't they??? If this case turns out differently; as a society we need to make changes!!!

i know things look bad for her. but after reading everyting on the riley fox case i can see how things get taken the wrong way, evidence is not handled correctly, stuff is put in the media that is incorrect, causing a furor in the public, and the police make the wrong arrest while the real criminal is still out there.

if the police are wrong, we have not only wrongly crucified terri, but kyrons killer or kidnapper is still out there and kyron isnt any closer to being found now then he was 31 days ago

kbl8201, I just had a brief look at that sad case back in 2004:

Will County sheriff's investigators originally charged Kevin Fox, the girl's father, ignoring evidence that included a pair of shoes with Eby's name on them recovered near the crime scene. Fox was released after eight months in jail after DNA testing cleared him. He and his wife later won an $8 million lawsuit, but the case remained unsolved until the FBI got involved. http://articles.chicagotribune.com/2010-06-17/news/ct-met-0618-eby-hearing-20100617_1_riley-fox-scott-eby-melissa-fox

I just really don't see this as a possibility in this case given: FBI is stilled involved, 2 polys, truck towed twice, multiple interviews with LE upto 6 hours at a time, Kaine moving out, what LE has said, landscaper, oh....& I do believe the cell phone pings did not match where she said she was. IF things turn out differently down the road, I will be right behind her...I just doubt that will happen at this point KWIM.

OMG, of course I remember...that was a very strange case as well!!! LE & press thought/portrayed she was guilty, Mom held daily pressers for somewhere near 3 weeks, collecting money, new hairstyles, fighting once on camera with her ex. that extra LE not there were called in! She ended up admitting to substance abuse problems & LE even thought she was guilty she admitted as she had walked out during or after a poly (nobody is quite sure). Long story short; it was a horrible, stranger abduction murder scenario. And...that case is one reason, I never say never and why I said "sometimes is a duck".

OMG, who could forget the (LE sting) limo ride through the neighborhood
:floorlaugh:! :floorlaugh: :floorlaugh:

Sorry to others this would appear to be shallow, but trust me if you lived this case night & day...you would understand...it was hell; kind of like this one. Sometimes you have to shake your head & laugh. Trusting you understand dark humor!
