One was President of the NAACP and the other is on the board of directors. I see a connection and I see an agenda. I've never seen a funeral director go on National television and talk about the most important evidence the prosecution has, the body, in an ongoing investigation. Why would he do that?? Seriously, what did he or anyone have to gain by witnessing to you and I that there were no marks on Trayvon? How do we matter, this should be done in a court of law.

This video, that can no longer be found on the ABC website, was made by Matt Guttman on March 13th. It seems Gutman was the one who outted the young boy's name!

I don't understand why it's ok for GZ to dramatize all his injuries through his buddy old pal Frank Taffe but no one can speak for Trayvon? GZ's Father and family spoke out so why can't anyone speak out for Trayvon?

I can't speak for Mr. Taffe because I haven't read/listened to a single word he's ever said, as far as I'm aware. Mr. Zimmerman's father, I believe, spoke out about Mr. Zimmerman because people were outraged with one of the main fallacies being that he had no injuries to support self defense. Let's not pretend the media didn't show images/videos where it was nearly impossible to discern that Mr. Zimmerman had injuries.

And the fact is that the official unedited Police video speaks for itself. George Zimmerman's injuries were so minor that the bleeding can be see only in some IPhone photo. And, even in that photo, the blood has begun to coagulate at the end of the drips. It was apparently so indiscernible, after the rescue squad/EMT wiped it off and cleaned the "injury," that it didn't even require a bandaid and cannot be seen, in the "Official" LE video...without adding several levels of contrast and upping the shadows within the midtones.

I don't think it is so outrageous if he was asked by the parents to clear up some issues that were appearing on forums at that time. He's no different than any other person if someone asked him to step forward with the permission of his parents. I do not think any funeral director would do that without getting permission from the family first. They are all pretty respectful to family members. He wasn't addressing what the ME saw because he clearly said he could not speak for the ME. He focused on what he observed and nothing more and explained why he would have noticed. I thought he was very respectful. I would think the Martins asked their attorney who would be the best funeral director in the area to get TM's body ready for the funeral because they are not from that area. I don't see anything sinister about it at all. jmo

Oh, you missed a lot then. LOL FT and Nancy Grace was worth the watch and I rarely watch TV and almost never watch NG but those few shows were worth the effort. ABC did, in fact, enhance the video from the police station to show there were traces of blood on his head, although not that severe. The video was poor from the police station and it was the media that cleared up that image so the media was not to blame for the quality of the police video. What it shows in the video was unremarkable in terms of his head constantly be bashed against the sidewalk. Looks like two small cuts, or a cut and scratch the bled like a stuffed pig.....so not unusual for a cut to the scalp. As far as the "nose job" we have not seen pictures of that, nor the medical report that MOM claims to have and was waving in court for all to see (that one piece of paper?). GZ is not obligated to release it but that will just increase the speculation that it was much ado about nothing. It's the way we roll. jmo

The man is a funeral director. That he is a member of an organization does not matter.

We really do not know how relevant what he had to say is until someone gets his deposition, if they decide to use some of his statements. FT sometimes said a little too much about what motivated GZ to go after TM that night. They are best buds you know. lol jmo

Why SHOULD he release it? SO that the TM supporters can chirp about how its FAKE? SO they can say, "Its not THAT bad"? We have PHOTOGRAPHIC evidence that the injuries occurred, we have WITNESSES that SAW the attack, and there are still people on this very board, experienced sleuths, who are insisting that he WASN'T injured, and no attack occurred.

It is impossible to tell from the photo with blood on the back of a mans head who the person is. It could be anyone. It is absolutely worthless without a medical report.

That would make a difference although someone taking a picture of GZ's head immediately after the shooting with a dead teen on the ground is certainly disturbing. I'd wonder about that person.

Perhaps, but IMHO I wouldn't trust that person to be telling the truth. IMHO.. It certainly wouldn't be the first time someone has lied under oath..JMHO

Can't say with any degree of certainty that the individual would not be telling the truth without listening to what they have to say. The fact that the person took the picture immediately given the circumstances gives me pause. A long pause.

So WHEN WOULD be a good time to take a picture of injuries and their condition at the time of the incident, in order to prove the injuries and condition at the time of the incident? Lets be honest, the injuries were cleaned up, so they were barely seen in the video from the police station. So when SHOULD they take pictures of the scene to best represent what the scene and items and people looked like at the time of the incident? :banghead:

And for that matter, would you RATHER the person take pictures of the BODY?

Guys regardless of how you feel about guilt or innocence of either party in this case,any time you attack a specific member or general membership it's a problem.

If the topic of your post ends up being more about what idiots the members are or how stupid the members are or whatever you are feeling -posting about THAT is just out of bounds and rude. Set them straight with your opinion if you feel so inclined, but to attack on a personal level just takes the wind out of your argument and lessens your own credibility.

If you think someone is full of it-scroll by their post and give it the weight you think it deserves-which is probably none. But to attack people for their opinions right or wrong good or bad is just a waste of everyone's time and isn't allowed here.

If there is a post standing that does this-don't assume it is ok with moderation-if it attacks members assume that a moderator has not seen it because no one has reported it. If a post violates then alert.
