<<And yes, I agree, Cindy will blame everyone but the one responsible,>>

I think that was Casey's whole plan when making up the "kidnapping" story. She created someone to take the blame. She couldn't blame a real person because that story could be verified. By creating a "nanny", she now has someone to point to that can't be traced or verified. If and when a body is found, it's going to be "see, that's why I didn't call the police in the first place. It's everyone else's fault that Caylee is gone".

I think the only way to "keep this family together" would be to revoke Miss Casey's membership card. Better late than never.

sure he wants his own evidence for defense, but it is quite clear that in hours upon hours upon hours meeting with his client that he has nothing. This became very clear when he has to motion the prosecution and investigation for anything he can use to possibly defend his client. All those hours were a waste.

huge waste!!!!!!!!!!

huge waste!!!!!!!!!!

I feel he should fulfill the requirement that he has yet to fulfill by Florida law. The training he has yet to take and be certified on involves two issues he seems to lack - professionalism and ethics. What lawyer meets 6-8 hours daily with a client day after day, hold hands, whispers in their ear, makes house visits, provides security, spends hours of phone time, hires PI's to chase useless leads, and then has to petition the prosecution for anything that would help defend his client. He has nothing.

I think this might clear up once again any misconceptions by another admittance that Caylee is really gone. Sorry if this has already been posted.

http://www.wftv.com/news/17659490/detail.html

Orlando criminal defense attorney William Sheaffer says the move by prosecutors means they believe they have a strong case.

"The state attorney's office has the luxury of waiting until they have the strongest case possible," said Sheaffer. "There is no time restraint."

Casey's inconsistent stories, paired with FBI lab tests that show Caylee is dead and that her body was at one time in her mother's trunk are strong pieces of evidence. But Sheaffer says there is most likely a lot the public doesn't know.

"What we do know presents a strong and if not damning case at this junction," he said.

I love it. Well, I don't like the fact that Caylee is no longer alive obviously, but we have all known that since probably the first couple of weeks.

They didn't say much, just that Baez "Told a morning show that he and his client 'are preparing for the worst'."

Good idea.

Oh, I think Baez is prepared for the worst. Madame Casey? Heck no. She's spent her life thinking she's the smartest fish in the tank. She'll just plan to stick to her story and get away with it. Except this time she won't be able to dictate the agenda.

God Bless LE, the FBI, LP, Tim Miller, and all others that are standing tall and strong for Caylee. She's not alone anymore. These folks are not going walk away until there is justice.

Seems to me that JB isnt mentioning today, about the Photograph that PIs are searching for. Interesting isnt it ...tha JB flip-flops every other day. One day he says this and the next day its that. If he's preparing for the worst, then why is she smiling the other day going into the county jail for her weekly meeting? :furious: wouldnt seem to me that she is preparing for anything other than antagonizing the public with her smurks! Discusting!

I characterize him as an amateur at best and that is evident from his recent passing of the bar, lack of experience, and failure to take the required course on professionalism and ethics. I would never let me defend me or anyone in my family and that includes my dogs.

She may be the smartest fish in the tank, but she's still stuck in a tank. Her new tank won't have cable, but it will have unattractive ironwork bars.

Broderick, when did he pass the bar? This is the first time I've heard of this. He must have had to take the MPRE to be sworn in...what was the course he skipped on professionalism and ethics?

Certainly hope that his lack of experience or anything else is not helpful to KC down the road...should there be an appeals process.

I don't know about the course he purportedly skipped, but he was admitted to the FL Bar in 2005.
Of course, he could have been a member in other states? I dunno.

I took the mini survey there that asked, do you think Casey should be charged with murder? I accidentally clicked on no. There were 20 no's and 363 yes's, BUT, mine is a mistake. :D

You know, I think that the Anthony's are more normal than we think - Cindy and George obviously only connection was Caylee then - they were on the brink of divorce - one child, Lee was the peacemaker, one child, Casey was the troublemaker - because Cindy and George didn't want to make waves they allowed Casey to develop into what she is now - it happens when parents aren't parents and are afraid to discipline

NOW they realize they really messed up - but they need to hold their family together - What I see now is Cindy is obviously the outspoken one and will do anything to keep appearances - George seems to have retreated into himself, he's a broken man and this happened when he realized what has really happened - I don't think George will make excuses for Casey, it saddens me that he was totally taken advantage of by Cindy and Casey

Cindy will throw anyone under the bus that she can - it's all for appearence sake

And Cindy and Casey are NOT forgiving people - they harp and nag and harp and nag until the person does what they want

I would not want Cindy or Casey as an enemy

Great observation, I just think Cindy and Casey have not met their match, yet!

I wish I knew them. I'd be their match for sure....:furious:

I just took it and voted yes...I'll donate my vote to you. You're onboard where you want to be now. :D

The only issue I have about George is....when he screamed at the reporters and protesters "That wasn't my granddaughter in the trunk of the car!! Get some common sense, people!!!" Common sense, really??! Well, then who's dead body WAS it, George?? I'd really like to know, in a common sense way, of course!

Yes but there is a HUGE and I do mean HUGE difference between yakking away at a reporter's microphone, or while giving a statement...and actually presenting a train of thought or a theory in a Court of Law!
Suddenly Cindy et al will be bound by strict rules of conduct and strict rules of evidence which will effectively act as a mass duct-taping of all mouths-Anthony.
Even Cindy, no matter how big her bus is by trial time, cannot trump the rules to which everyone adheres during a trial on charges of this magnitude.

There will be no room for pulling theories out of thin air. They will have to paint a picture using witnesses and evidence..and not merely present conjecture ------ aint gonna fly, no can do.

OMG, Casey's clan is not above the law after all.
