Woman unaware of pregnancy gives birth while bar-hopping

I will never understand how someone can not know they're pregnant either. I had an anterior placenta with my last pregnancy but I was still able to feel every single little poke and jab. I can't imagine not being able to feel the baby move at all. How is that possible?
