A former personal assistant to Charlie Sheen's wife, Brooke Mueller, has been dismissed by a LA judge because the assistant's lawyer failed to show for a previous, August 17 hearing. The order was made 'without prejudice', which means it could be reinstated.
Assistant Lior Masaphor says he worked up to 130 hours per week, seven days a week and that he's owed money for unpaid overtime, meal and rest periods. According to the hours he said he worked, he earned around $4.47 an hour.
