Why was JB discovered crying and stating it was because she didn’t feel pretty? Was it the result of PR telling her to march upstairs and take off her makeup or something more sinister? I.e. DS and BR playing dirty with JB? JB says I’m telling and it escalates from there?

With that in mind I can only come up with the answer that JBR did not feel pretty because she was completely unhappy with what she was wearing to the Christmas party, as she had had another outfit in mind. If this is the case and she was not receiving the attention and compliments for her manner of dress as normal, I could see where this would lead her to feel like she was not pretty that night (feeling like she was dressed like her mother and her eyes an older lady). We are speaking of a girl who was used toSomebody said pageantry and outfits to out right garner attention and win competitions (Some of the outfits, I would have never let my teenager daughter leave the house with on mind you). Competitions in which the alleged prettiest girl wins. FFWI, that's all I can come up with That doesn't get deeper into other family issues ya know?

Perhaps you are mistaken on the days here. PR wanted JB to dress like her on the 25th when they went to the Whites party.

The give away clue is JonBenet's age, 6-years old and defenceless, so if anyone was attempting to restrain JonBenet, why do they need, say the flashlight, or if you intend to asphyxiate JonBenet why bother with a knotted ligature, a hand over the mouth does the same job?

Looks like a staged crime-scene from a 100 miles up in space. If I ever get a look at the photographs taken at the second autopsy, maybe I'll be able to work out if JonBenet was acutely sexually assaulted.

My take on this is that someone approached JonBenet on the 23rd, so she knew she had a tough weekend ahead.

Like Tricia says, "Patsy wrote the note. When you accept that fact the intruder theory just goes away." The handwriting totally matches to Patsy.. Here is the part that gets me. Patsy lived vicariously through Jonbenet, so I have a hard time buying that she flew into a rage and hit JB. I can't imagine John SA'ing his daughter. The only scenario that does make sense to me is BDI, but then there's the SA. How certain are we that she had vaginal trauma and not some side effect of her bedwetting issue? Is it possible that the ME mistook tramua when in reality it was just due to her vaginitis? . I just want to know what happened and there are problems with all of the imagined scenarios.

I watched a very good analysis of the JonBenet case on Youtube by a cold case detective, going over the facts and evidence, it pointed quite a lot to her brother, based on the evidence. If you search for "Unsolved No More" Detective Ken Mains, you can find it. The detective/former police officer/FBI Task Force is very factual and respectful, was interesting.

I don’t think it was the brother, but I think the reason people do is by design. Hear me out, for 8 years I worked at an acute adolescent psychiatric hospital as a licensed clinician. It was 120 bed facility. Anytime there was incident report in which patients sexually/aggressively acted out, it was my role to view the evidence, interview patients/families, then complete a report identifying the safest discharge plan. Oi, mess me up. Anyhow, I’ve watched the psychologist interview, and any other audio/recording of BR available. I feel fairly confident about 2 things- BR didn’t kill- accidentally or on purpose JBR, and the clinician who was interviewing him is trash.

It’s been reported that JBR would often go to her brother’s room in the middle of the night- when she was scared, or wet the bed. It’s also been reported that the there were instances where she would hide and they couldn’t find her, I think even called le (ugh, might be wrong about that). If BR was hitting her with bats and wiping in her bed, she wouldn’t seek him out for comfort and safety. The fact it has been reported she would sleep in his room when she was scared, and they didn’t check his room (first thing) is sus.

I waffle on who I think did it, but if I’m honest, all signs point to JB. He is a liar, and not a good one.

My theory is that BR did unintentionally harm her in a way that would result in her death or coma, but PR and JR did not want BR to think he was responsible. So they sent him to bed saying she was going to be ok. Then they had to come up with a different cause for her death, so they staged the SA and created the intruder story.
