Inmate Anthony's jail letters to Inmate Robyn were released again today.
Didn't pay much attention the first time, to the part about JB wanting Jesse's DNA, but Jesse refused.
It will be interesting to see if it is confirmed that Lee did visit Jesse in Atlanta, and what timeframe that visit took place in.

Interesting timeline:

July 1, 2008 - KC took shower at Jesse's house

Oct 21, 2008 - Casey letters to Robyn - Baez tried to get DNA sample from Jesse

Nov 15, and 16, 2008 - video of P.I. Dominic Casey poking around in woods

Dec 20, 2008 - Cindy told LE "she had people walk that area ... a month ago .. nothing there

doc dump April 6, 2010 - jail letters repeated in
doc dump released Dec 17, 2010

Inmate Anthony wrote..."am 99% sure that Cays isn't Jesse's. We had a paternity test done when she was a couple weeks old and it took forever to get the results back, which I've been told shouldn't have been the case, and according to the paper he brought to my house in late Sept. '05, Jesse wasn't the father. Joy to the world!" The strange thing is, Baez asked for him to give a sample of his DNA, and he refused! We wanted to see whether or not the test results from 4 years ago were true. Drama. I dispise that loser and I pity him and his self-righteous 'Christian" family..... "

I do not blame Jesse, or anyone else for that matter, for refusing to co-operate with JB and the defense. After they have tried to crucify and implicate the only person who had the tenacity to find that baby's remains, who in their right mind would want to work with them? They should really be ashamed of themselves, IMO. (rant off) :banghead:

If they did test, Jasse's DNA and it came out to be 99,99999...... % in his favor, I wouldn't put it past JB and team to say that .9% makes it possible. Someone some where has that .9% so it is probably him.

I bet their theory is that Jesse paid off someone at the DNA testing company to use their own DNA for the test. Much easier than suggesting that Caylee was a rare (so rare it just absolutely doesn't happen) multiple-mutant who faithfully carried forward her mother's DNA but carried only mutated versions of her father's DNA. I mean, if you look at the test results, they don't just show Jesse wasn't the daddy...they show that Jesse and the daddy were practically of different species lol. ;) But what (in Casey's mind) would have been Jesse's alleged motive for proving he wasn't the daddy? He was upset by the results and still wanted to marry Casey and raise Caylee as his own. :waitasec:

Wasn't KC pregnant before she slept with Jesse? I think that was what the Grund's had said because they were surprised when Caylee was born that she was full term.

Yes, I think Casey would have to have been pregnant for about 2 months before she started dating Jesse.

LOL. And KC wonders why Jesse wanted the DNA test??? Oooppps, forgot he probably was not suppose to question her highness on that little oversight.

The thing that strikes me as interesting, is that Inmate Anthony tells fellow Inmate Robyn that "Baez asked him to give a sample of his DNA" .... not that they asked Jesse to take another paternity test under strict, controlled procedures ... but they asked for a "DNA sample". What did they plan to do with a "DNA sample" which was provided outside of a paternity testing center? Jesse would have been really stupid to hand over a "DNA sample" for them to use in whatever way they wanted to!

I suspect that the request for Jesse's "DNA sample" was devised after the shower scheme (July 1, 2008) failed to get Jesse in the shower with her, to deposit a "DNA sample".

Interesting that in P.I. Dominic's emails to Luke, Dom said the same thing about an allegedly "inconclusive DNA test" (which is the same thing that Inmate Anthony wrote about in her jail letter). Dominic's email is dated Aug 7, 2008. (photo # 1 attached)

In an October 21, 2008 email - Dominic tells Luke that Jesse made an "immediate exit to Georgia following Casey's arrest" (because Jesse knew that Caylee had mysteriously disappeared). (photo # 2 attached) Note that this email from Dominic has the SAME DATE as the jail letter from Inmate Anthony to Robyn - October 21, 2008.

In an August 29, 2008 email - Dominic tells Luke that he "still believe Jesse by and family are the ones". (photo # 3 attached)

Wow. When you put all these things together, the "Lee goes to Georgia to get Jesse's DNA" story starts to seem plausible.

Good point that they would not need a "DNA sample" from Jesse to get a paternity test done. They could have just asked him to show up for another paternity test under strict supervision by a defense team member. Handing out your DNA before the body is found to people who have fingered you as the perp would be pretty stupid. ;)

I don't know what to say except this is freakin' SCARY! Seriously scary.

I prefer to give people the benefit of the doubt, but.....Sorry, I just don't believe in that many coincidences. :snooty:

Is it any wonder why so many people are glued to this case 2+ yrs later???

Thinktank, nothing gets past you! Thank you for putting the relevant pieces together in a succinct timeline!

Dominic was getting his information re Jesses' DNA test from the Anthonys though. Not a reliable source. His story does coincide with the tale Casey was telling... from what I have seen of Jesse and Richard they have both discussed the findings as being 'not possible' for him to have been the Father. Casey has just done her usual thing. Lied.

AND...... :twocents:let's discuss the standard manner of paternity testing within a reputable, licensed, accredited, recognized laboratory facility! The samples are taken FROM the "suspect" parent by the testing agency's employee under SOP: dated sample, signed by the employee, PICTURE id of the donor, donor signature on sample and PAYMENT up front!, sample also taken from the maternal parent and the child or children in question, again under the EXACT same SOP! Then the family unit samples are examined within the same "run" to minimize testing "variables". The agency employee does NOT want to deviate from protocol :furious:and heaven help the laboratory if the results are going to be used in a court case if ANY deviation has occurred:furious:! NOPE, I'm :banghead:not:banghead: testifying to the veracity :waitasec:of the exemplar results if any of my employees "modified" protocol/procedure or "did a favor" for a defense atty!:snooty::snooty::snooty:

NOPE......NO NEED FOR BAEZ TO "COLLECT" ANYBODY'S DNA

That is what I meant when I said I prefer to give people the benefit of the doubt. When I first read about this, I thought the idea was so far-fetched and insane that the Grunds might be a little paranoid. (understandbly so!)
Looking at it all together in context, it seems very, very plausible to me.

I keep thinking that nothing can surprise me; I am proved wrong every time.

Thank you for your insight!
In my opinion there was NOTHING "inconclusive" about the DNA test that Jesse had done (as Dominic and Inmate Anthony tried to suggest). And, I do not even think that was the "real" reason they wanted a DNA sample from Jesse either. That was simply the cover story. IMO

What is all the discussion about Lee going to Georgia? I don't recall seeing that in the news anywhere ever, is that rumor? Where'd that come from?

There's no need to rely on any of these sources, because the original test has been released in discovery. See it here:

http://www.examiner.com/crime-in-national/casey-anthony-case-read-jesse-grund-s-dna-paternity-test

One sentence is all you really need to read: "The probability of paternity is 0%."

Now this brings up another question that has been floating around. When did KC actually have first contact with JB? If KC was looking to blame JG in July that would explain the phone calls to him and maybe even the one which he stated he heard KC tell Caylee to get off the table in late June. If KC did contact JB in June was he obligated to turn her in at that time or did he accept her as a client at that point? If we were to put everything together (including JB's statement under oath that he was hired by KC on June 21st and has never been publicly corrected as a mistake on his part), DC poking around for a body in the area the body was found, just everything together, it does not look good at all. Why would someone do such a thing and risk their license to practice? Perhaps the story of a lifetime for sale. jmo

Thank you for that link!!
I noticed the handwritten date on the bottom of the DNA Parentage Test Report is "10/21/08" .... there is that same date AGAIN ... the same date that Inmate Anthony is writing to Robyn that JB asked Jesse for a DNA sample ... and the same date that P.I. Dominic is writing in an email to Luke that Jesse is suspect and that Jesse made an immediate exit to Georgia....

So, according to Inmate Anthony .... her attorney JB wanted Jesse's DNA ... and at the same time Dominic is saying Jesse is in GEORGIA ... so perhaps it is true that "someone" went to Georgia to try to get Jesse's DNA?? plausible indeed
