So, I had a spare minute, and I called ADT Security, and spoke with 3 individuals in the tech department. (One is a supervisor.) I asked how long the event history for a specific residential property would be maintained, and if a specific event history could be pulled up several years later.
The phone technicians have limited access to the event history on their screens-- ranging from about a month of data, up to a year on the outer limit. They explained that the time range would be determined by the event history, and how many events occurred.
The supervisor said that a detailed event history could be mailed out for approximately 3 years of data at the most. He said there might be some occurrences archived a bit longer, but his information was about 3 years of back data would be archived.
So given that info, I wonder if it's possible ADT doesn't actually have the info for Spreckles 2010-2011 that DS's attorneys have requested? Interesting.
