If the "screaming" was so loud and fightful, why did the witness not call the police that night? She did not, so it certainly was not that loud or scary.

The police determined the screams came from teens at the beach.

However, it could be that Rebecca screamed before she jumped...afterall, she wanted Adam to try to "save her", IMO, according to her bizarre suicide door note.

At any rate, this does not help the Zahaus case at all. They still have no evidence that places any of the three in that courtyard that night.

The Zahaus are after money...lots of it. They and their lawyers will say anything to try to get it. It ain't about "justice", folks.

The Zahaus' are asking Rebecca's funeral expenses to be reimbursed. To me, that means the Zahau family paid for Rebecca's funeral expenses.

Do you have info JS covered those expenses?

Well, Jonah was at Rady sitting, holding his treasured little boy. So, he does have an alibi for the time block in question. Supposedly.

Question is, did he have knowledge Defeat D. Shacknai was intent on going to his and Rebecca's place to accost Rebecca?
IMO, he absolutely did. As did NINA. Did Jonah try to forewarn Rebecca?

IMO, Jonah knows it was suicide. Not only did he have access to the case files, he also had his own detectives investigate. And he asked the California Attorney General to look into the case, but she found absolutely no misconduct and no reason to open the case.

Jonah was also the one that was closet to Zahau, and knew her best. Better than her sister did. He knew exactly how she had been feeling about her negligence in babysitting Max and allowing such a tragic accident to happen on her watch.

He had the most contact with her the day and evening before her suicide. He knows what she said, and how she acted.

IMO, there is absolutly no doubt in Jonah Shacknai's mind that the conclusion of suicide is the correct one, even if some people will never believe it.

In fact, many that post here now once thought Jonah was the murderer. Until there was irrefutable evidence that he was on tape at RMH and Rady's.

Dina also has irrefutable evidence she was at Rady's.

Defeat Zahau is going to look mighty foolsh and money hungry when the truth comes out.

I think it is time for the Defeat Zahaus to come up with another cockamamie story if they want to try to swindle 10 million dollars from innocent people.

The story they concocted certainly won't hold up without any evidence - and with their main villian miles away at Rady's Children's Hospital praying over her little six year old boy that was fatally injured under Rebecca Zahau's watch.

Can't wait for that October Summary Judgement date.

So if video didn't record Dina at the hospital, an unbiased nurse could come forward and produce the evidence instead. To anyone's knowledge, if that were the case, Dina would be shouting that nurse's proof from the rooftops. I will not be one bit surprised that DS will be seen exiting the building and returning during the exact time window that supports why she is a defendant in Rebecca's murder.

What is fiction is that Dina Shacknai was anywhere near the mansion that night.

Also fiction: Gore NEVER stated that cell phone triangulation was the ONLY evidence they had Dina Shacknai was at Rady's. He stated at the Sept 2011 press conference to a question asked that they had Dina on cell phone triaguation. He NEVER, EVER said that was all they had. THAT is a myth.

The cell phone triagulation is only ONE PIECE of the evidence they have. They also would have checked the video tapes, AND talked to the nurses that were attending dying Max Shacknai. The nurses certainly know WHO was there with Max and it is likely also documented in their records.

In Ann Rules book, she STATES that Dina was at Rady's and had WITNESSES.

IMO, Dina will present her evidence to a JUDGE, not "shout it from the rooftops." And I'm sure she will do that before the SUMMARY JUDGEMENT on October 9, when the Judge will FINALLY have a chance to review the Defeat Zahau's "evidence", review the witness statements for the Plantiffs, and review the SDSO and ME report.

That is when Dina Shacknai will be vindicated and the Defeat Zahaus will look like the money-hungry unscrupulous people they are for bringing a baseless lawsuit against the Mother, Aunt and Uncle of Max Shacknai, the little child fatally injured under the watch of Rebecca Zahau.

I can't wait to read THAT article in the media!

The fact that Dina SUED her so-called "good friend" Mrs. Luber to testify on her behalf, and then Mrs. Luber challenged Dina's subpoena in court and explicitly stated she knew NOTHING about the whereabouts of Dina during the critical period Rebecca was murdered, AND the judge dismissing Dina's subpoena against her alleged good friend Mrs. Luber says it all. DINA HAS ZERO ALIBI. She was NOT captured on hospital surveillance videos, AND she has NO eyewitnesses at the hospital. ZERO. NADA. ZILCH. KAPUT. a BIG FAT LOSER ZERO. Plus Dina was physically seen by an impartial family of bicyclists lurking and acting bizarrely carrying a HUGE BLACK BAG at the Spreckels mansion he night Rebecca was murdered. That means only one thing in all rational, thinking people's minds: Dina was at the Spreckels mansion <modsnip>

Insider says the ear-witness of Rebecca's cries for help the night she was murdered is NOT the good news. There's apparently MORE TO COME and it has nothing to do with the MULTIPLE ear-witnesses to Rebecca's cries for help. Hopefully we hear it SOON (hint hint to insider)

Ear-witnesses are as reliable and admissible as eyewitness testimonies in a court-of-law.

Dina never SUED Lisa Luber. She tried to compel her to testify. BIG difference. Just because you say something, doesn't make it true.

And you don't know WHY Dina wanted Lisa to testify. You are simply ASSUMING.

IMO, the bicyle guy (only he is a "witness, not the whole family, curious huh?) is NOT an impartial witness since he is connected to someone that has worked tirelessly to spread misinformation about the case. Hardly impartial. IMO.

And anyone that knows about investigation KNOWS that eyewittness and ear-witness are the LEAST reliable source.

Not like the indisputable PHYSICAL evidence SDSO has that Rebecca Zahau took her own life in such a twisted way, NUDE in the courtyard of her boyfriend's mansion just 40 hours after little Max was fatally injured on her watch. THAT is EVIDENCE.
