I'm baffled why the surveillance tapes are suddenly such a big deal. Dina wouldn't be on them if she didn't leave the hospital. Logic and common sense are factors applied by law enforcement and Judges also have a tendency to ignore arm-flapping that attempts to substitute itself for actual evidence. I have no doubt that AS is going to have the total support of JS and a legal team that will be ruthless in their defense.

LOL The videotapes have ALWAYS been PIVOTAL in this case. It is WHY we question Dina's alleged alibi wherein she continues to claim she was 'sitting vigil by her son's deathbed in hospital'. Had she only been captured by a single, solitary, sliver of a hospital surveillance video during the night Rebecca was tortured/murdered, we wouldn't be discussing her as a primary suspect in Rebecca's murder. As clear as day that Jonah was seen on these same hospital videos which clear him as a suspect in Rebecca's murder, had Dina been on those videos, she would have been cleared too.

He's silent because the only place to make a statement that matters is the courtroom. His brother has been accused of murder and not for a minute do I believe JS is not going to support him.

Jonah is definitely supportive of his brother Adam. No doubt because it is readily apparent Jonah hired the very best superbly qualified defense lawyers for his brother. I don't see Jonah defending Dina in any way, shape or form. In fact, he filed a PROTECTIVE ORDER against Dina in court. I doubt he'll suddenly do an about-face and give Dina the POI who SUED him in Max's WDS an alibi for Rebecca's WDS.

If anyone has been planing false information, it is the Zahau followers in this case. Like Arias' followers, despite what the record and law enforcement shows, they STILL believe that THEY are right, and EVERYONE else is wrong. They are extremely profiecient at bashing the VICTIM - spreading lies and rumors of the most heinous kind. Even after Jodi was sentenced to life in prison, her followers STILL believe she is innocent.

As far as the Zahaus being ready for their day in court, I suppose you haven't looked at the docket. There are numerous discovery hearings, and the SUMMARY JUDGEMENT on October 9. No one is ready to go to court at this time - including the Zahaus, so to say that Dina is trying to hold up justice is yet another example of someone "intentionally planting false information and generating controversy where ever they can."

Didn't you proclaim in BOLD LETTERS and SHOUTED FROM THE ROOFTOP the case would be dismissed in May 1, 2015? Why is the date pushed back to October now?

It does not matter whether Dina was on tape or not. She has witnesses that know she was there...like nurses and medical staff. Ann Rule said so in her book. NUMEROUS WITNESSES.

Who will the Judge believe? A witness that came forward weeks after the incident that has connections with Zahau followers, or inpartial nurses, doctors, and medical staff at Rady's? Hint - It is not the biased bicycle guy.

The Zahaus and their followers can waste their time talking about tapes at Rady's - but what they will have to prove is that Dina, Nina, and Adam were in the courtyard that night, AND in Rebecca's room, AND that they killed her.

Why do you keep calling the impartial, third-party bicycle eyewitness who states on TESTIMONY to police and private investigators that he physically saw DINA AT THE SPRECKELS Mansion the night Rebecca was murdered? This eyewitness who abolishes Dina's entire alibi has NO RELATIONS to the Zahaus or Shacknais or Romanos or to any insiders in this case. Why are you making up LIES about him??

Zahaus are seeking justice for their sister/daughter. I have nothing but utmost respect and admiration for them. I believe their WDS will proceed to trial and Dina will be behind bars in no time.

In fact, your amiga LuckyLucy claimed Mrs. Luber is Dina's "good friend" past and present. Plus multiple legal documents have been posted regarding Mrs. Luber's PIVOTAL affidavit which CLEARLY STATES she has NO IDEA where Dina was the critical period Rebecca was murdered because Mrs. Luber was NOWHERE in CALIFORNIA at the time. By the way the Judge DISMISSED Dina's subpoena against Mrs. Luber. So no, Dina has ZERO ALIBI for where the heck she was when Rebecca was sadistically tortured and heinously murdered.

I can certainly understand Lisa's reluctance to testify against Jonah. Even though she is friends with Dina (as I have heard), I doubt she would want to testify against Jonah Shacknai, her husbands best friend.

The Federal Zahau WDS has not been dismissed. As of today according to Pacer the Federal suit is still open with no disposition. The last activity was document 66 granting the motion to withdrawal Daniel Benchoff as Dina's counsel.

Adam's document is a reply in the state suit regarding the Zahau's memorandum to Adam's motion to dismiss. Motion to Dismiss has not been granted. It is simply an argument by his attorneys. All the attorneys are going back and forth right now preparing for Friday.

I must disagee.

&#8203;It is CLEAR from the documents Adam's attorneys filed that the FEDERAL CASE WAS DISMISSED.

Their document is dated Friday, April 24. It simply has not been updated in Pacer yet.

No, Dina tried to compel Mrs. Luber to testify in the Zahau case, NOT Max's WDS. See attached affidavit and subpoena. The case number attached is the Zahau State WDS.

Most high profile (or high stakes) cases have their own metaphorical "Dee Dee", if you know what I mean. It just comes with the territory.

What does Nina do as a career/ job? Does she work full time? Does she have an educational degree beyond high school, or technical training in a specific area? What kind of job/s does she have, or has had? I haven't ever read anything in any articles about what kind of work she does-- it's almost like they avoid mentioning this, because everyone else's career is discussed in articles about this case. So I have to wonder why that is?

The media has discussed all of the other major players' employment backgrounds, but Nina's is a blank. (Jonah, Dina, Adam, Rebecca, Mary Z, her husband, etc.) I think it's a fair question, since all of the other major parties' backgrounds have been discussed.

Anyone know?

K-Z, I've also wondered. To my knowledge, nothing has been noted in any of the areas you've mentioned. Cripes, I don't even know her age lol.

Perhaps she stayed at home, maybe home-schooled her son who couldn't be left by himself, did not blend well with other students?

We know more of her son, than Dina.

Come to think of it, I wonder if he has been served a subpoena?

I have been reading here and following RZ case since the day one.
The main reason is because she has the same name as my 18 years old daughter which suffers from blood cancer.
We have been in hospital for 15 months now.
But, as I was saying, I followed RZ's case, and although I am not 100% certain if Max death was incident, one thing I am sure is that Rebecca has not committed a suicide. And this is just my own opinion and that's why i follow forums related to her case to see how this case develops.
But here I am encountering that "Dee Dee" Déjà-vu and it gives me chills.
I pray for justice for Rebecca!
