You know Dina and her friends? Then why aren't you an insider?

And yes, the Editor of the Patch at that time was part of the Zahau "followers with pitchforks". Thank goodness the Patch replaced her.

And no, Rebecca was not murdered. That has been proved. It is a FACT that her death was ruled a suicide - so her followers are in denial.

For the record... they didn't replace her. The Patch was sold and all local reporters were replaced with generic reporting and content. Nice try though!

As the article says, "claims and counteclaims" in the midst of a divorce. Dina and Jonah were each throwing accusations at each other during a big fight. Doesn't mean any of it was true.

In fact, neither Dina or Jonah was charged or arrested, so the police certainly didn't think Dina or Jonah was a danger.

If the police had REALLY thought Dina had chocked Jonah and had uncontrolled rage, they would have arrested her.

Perhaps the cops weren't in any hurry to charge them because they were hoping both DINA and JONAH would murder each other? That way, they really wouldn't have much to investigate.

The cops were pretty lazy when it came to investigating both RZ's and the McStay's murders.

Totally disgraceful and embarrassing department. Shame on them.

The day of Max's "accident", Dina was sick - and sleeping - with a bronchial infection, with her phone turned OFF. She booted up her phone, saw the messages, and then Jonah called on the land line. This is documented in the article in Phoenix Magazine. Nothing mysterious about that.

Again, there is nothing to show she defaulted on a rental payment - just that the landlord tried to sue her. And it looks like the case was dropped. If you have a link to prove otherwise, please provide.
So begs the question, once again, how freaking concerned could Dina possibly be about about leaving Max with Rebecca. I call bs on that. Which, btw has no bearing on the WD suit. But, I'd really like to know!

Link?

Because I remember the old, biased editor was gone and her artilcles deleted MONTHS before the Patch was sold and reporters were replaced. - and a new Editor was at the helm.

I've always thought something was off with DINA's story, supposedly she heard the landline ring (three floors down) but couldn't hear the cops pounding on her doors and probably her windows too? C'mon, does she honestly think the public believes her story?

Dina and Jonah had a 50/50 custody agreement with Max. Surely you don't think she should have done nothing but sit by the phone the HALF of the week - EVERY WEEK - that Max was with Jonah? And NEVER sleep?

IMO, that seems very unrealistic.

I also sleep very heavy when I am sick, so I have no problem with this story. And just to make sure th story is factual, Dina woke up, checked her text messages, saw all of the texts subjects about Max, and THEN her phone rang. It is in the Phoenix magazine article.

There is only the word of one person that the police were there for hours banging on Dina's door.

Or do you have a link to prove that?

Do your own search on who owns the Patch. Because, if you do your homework, you will find that it was sold. all Local reporters became moot. First hand conversation I had with a reporter (not in relation to this). But I guarantee the change in editorial content had nothing to do with this case. Just bad timing. And, by the way, a dying web content.

So looks like we are even steven.

Well, from someone who only pops into this thread occasionally, I'd say even steven would involve a person who is not a verified insider, yet who posts hearsay, not suspiciously questioning whether someone else who posts hearsay is a verified insider.

I'll check back into the thread in a couple of months. As you were...

But, she was 4 hours late picking him up??? Again, no bearing on the current case. Except, she was not mother of the year nor was she present and accounted for. Oh and feeling, perhaps, a bit guilty that all this was going down while she was getting her beauty sleep. All my opinion, of course!

well thank you, that clears everything up.. she obviously wasn't concerned. Not in the least bit.

No, she was NOT four hours late in picking him up. Where did you get that?

No, Dina was not late in picking up Max. The plan was for Jonah to take Max to the zoo after he got back from the gym, so no, Dina was NOT expected to pick up Max.

THAT information was reported in People magazine.

BBL....Wow, I think you should be in charge of cross examinations...I NEVER EVEN SAW THAT ONE COMING!
("And NEVER sleep" or go to the bathroom, either.)

So you think Dina should have never slept when Max was with Jonah? That is irrational, IMO, and just goes to show how ridiculous and absurd some of the things that the Zahau followers say about Dina are. Thank you for making that very clear.

MSM says she WAS concerned. And about Rebecca Zahau. But NO Mother can protect her child when he is with the other parent - and whoever else may be in their home.

That's just it, the articles were not deleted months before Patch was sold. The put in place a new infrastructure that archived older articles (all, not just Zahau related). That was actually talked about in the posts, and the new editor confirmed that articles were not removed. Unless you have a link that proves they were taken down for bias? Because you are slandering the old editor, calling her biased. For a reporter, that is very damaging to her reputation. You'd better have some proof before you continue along those line. And, again, has no bearing at all on the case against Dina/Nina/Adam.

^^^. The cops should have arrested both of them, perhaps Rebecca would still be alive and contributing to the world by just being.

Again, the LE was negligent. And just damn lazy imo.

The Editor of the Patch at that time, Jennifer Vigil, was extremely biased - the articles she wrote and comments she allowed speak for themselves.

And she was suddenly gone, with no explination, BEFORE the Patch was sold. If she had gone on her on free will, there would have been an article. Then there was a NEW EDITOR, and the tone of the articles about the case changes. Then the Patch was sold and yet, a NEWER NEW Editor was on board.

Ok, working through your logic... you also stated that Dina was uncomfortable leaving Max alone with one of Rebecca's "family members", which you alluded to be her sister. At one point and time, you called out Rebecca's sister as having behavioral issues and violent tendencies. Given that, wouldn't you think that Dina would be on "alert" the first day that so-called violent sister gets to town? Dina might have been sick and sleeping, but she made herself completely unavailable. Many missed calls and the cops pounded on the door a number of times (more than one visit to her house). For whatever reason, Dina was conked out. Took hours for anyone to even answer the door. Did the boyfriend have the same "flu"?? If Dina were truly worried about leaving Max, and one of the people she was worried about just got to town, you would think she'd be hyper-vigilant. Nope. Therefore, we have to conclude that she was not.at.all.concerned. IMO she felt extreme guilt for not being available that morning and extreme guilt at not being there when Max needed her most. She blamed Rebecca because she had nowhere else to put her anger. Motive.

I really don't think that would have prevented Rebecca's extravagant SUICIDE.
