WS down?

Has WS been down for the last hour and 1/2??? Seems like most of the internet was including major news sites. Was there a major hacking???

The only thing I could find is that google mail was down for three hours last night.

I am about to change Internet Access from AOL to AT&T DSL. Do I have to register again or can I still sign on as usual? The change will begin next week.
