If she hasn't lawyered up, i hope LE go and speak to her after the delivery when she's on Demerol or Percasets!!!
If she does give birth soon, how long after before they can hook her up to a LDT?
I really think mom holds the key!
MOO - thanks.
Mel
I'm surprised she made it home from hospital the last time, those are mighty close together. Confession cab at its best.
I think the whole thing about being pregnant and not being able to take a LDT is an old wives tale so to speak.
I think they may just give the courtesy so as to not push a mom who is far enough along into labor in case something should go wrong so she can not later blame the stress of the LDT (thereby avoiding frivolous lawsuits). How's that for a run-on sentence!!!? lol
When this started 3 days ago they said she was 36 weeks. HTH

After the birth I would think (but honestly don't know for a fact) that they would wait until there are no meds in her system.
3 months? Nah. I am thinking more like a week to heal and BOOM let her take one! But then, what do I know? lol
Somebody with LE experience will weigh in here. I'm sure.
She is 8 months. She said she was due in 2 weeks but I bet she meant they would induce labor in 2 weeks. I'm guessing.
A call has been put out to the Glenville State College community for volunteers to help in the search for three-year-old Aliayah Lunsford in Lewis County.
The child has been missing since Saturday morning when her mother went to wake her up and she wasnt there.
IDK but after watching the presser I get the impression they believe foul play is involved. Why would the Sheriff(?) ask "all we ask if anyone has answers to please let us know so we can get this resolved then please let us know" unless they suspect foul play? Then add "the specifics of our investigation we are not going to put in a public forum right now" and regarding suspects "not that we are willing to discuss at this time". Doesn't sound to me that they are buying Mom's story.
Well, I put on JVM hoping to hear something....with all due respect to Michael Jackson, there isn't anything anyone can do for him now...it's up to a jury. Every news program covering it isn't going to change anything. But covering a missing little girl can make a huge difference.
What they said in the presser that "specific data that makes them think she still could be alive" and what they really believe could be 2 different things and they are just covering all their bases at this point. "Data" might simply be like what NG does on her show when she asks the doctor how long can a child survive x amount of days with no food or water. I think LE probably has a theory that they are holding close to their vest.:twocents:
