Saying the FBI has most of the newer pics......
oooookay! yet they don't share with the public?
These were also the family members that swore up and down that the family was NOT on public assistance...

FBI and LE took all of Lenas pictures , camera ect, also took them from family members and has not returned them , When Lena moved out of JoAnn about 3 mos ago she took the pictures with her

I call BS too. If she is that distraught let someone else pull the pics. Heck I'll drive the 4 + hours and go through them. People just admit you either didn't take the time or care enough to take pics of this precios child

Lena was at a court date with CPS and was not given a reason for their removal.
(facebook people are saying that is illegal....asking if other family was there also)

I believe that in WV, it is legal, but very rarely happens. It can happen if disclosing the reason would jepordize the investigation or any children not in state custody, like Aliayah.
