While looking for a connection elsewhere I came across the same West Virginia based website posted above. The reconstruction details are are very vague and I am looking into more information about the WV-Jane Doe; however I see a resemblance between the recon and Deloris Melton. I see a distinct difference in the jaws, but with little else to go on what do you think?

Circumstances of Disappearance
Melton was last seen in Ocean Isle Beach, North Carolina on April 15, 1994. People last saw her at a bar called "High Tides."
Her family does not believe she left voluntarily as she had family, a fairly good job, a son, a nice place to live and money in the bank, untouched since her disappearance.
Foul play is suspected.
