So who's to believe here? The father who didn't report his daughter missing but claims the mother is dangerous, or the mother who filed a domestic violence protective order against the father and left with her daughter before it expired?

They were divorced in July 2016 according to public records.

Read a little more on SM, even though it's a madhouse. My take is that KC left with her daughter because she didn't want to "share" her, and KC's parents helped. Still only seeing info from Josh, of course, but MOO.

JL has joint custody with KC's parents. So, KC doesn't have custody yet has a protective order against JL preventing him from seeing his child. I'm confused.

I was sure that she is fine somewhere with knowledge of her family. This will be still some case for custody hearings i suppose
