Robert Lee Skews, from the Prince George's County area in Maryland, has missing since July 2. Skews was last seen in the Moorefield, WV, area on or about July 11. He is a 5-foot 6-inch white man who weighs about 180 pounds. He has shoulder-length brown hair and full beard.

Police say Skews has an apparent fascination with a local property described as Willow Wall. He is on phsycotropic medications and has stopped taking them.

A past medical surgery has left the him with a facial deformity.

Skews likes to walk along railroad tracks and has said in the past that he wants to live in the woods with no modern conveniences, police say.
