Raleigh County Deputies looking for 2 missing people from the Wheeling area

At a press conference on Friday, August 24, 2018, Deputies said they are looking for 27-year-old Trevor Vossen and 28-year-old Lauren Cree Jenkins, both from the Wheeling area. According to deputies, they have been missing since Friday, August 3. Family members told deputies Jenkins is 5 months pregnant.

Deputies said they believe Vossen and Jenkins have friends in Raleigh County. Deputies said they are looking for Vossen’s white Honda Accord license plate 73K986.

Wheeling man is "person of interest" in case of 2 burned, dismembered victims

33-year-old Gerald Wayne Jako allegedly was a one-man crime spree recently.

It all started with a domestic call at a Bellaire apartment on West 41st Street.

The man involved, Gerald Wayne Jako, allegedly took off.

But the most serious crime he may be connected to is the death of two people found dismembered and burned in Raleigh County, West Virginia.

He is not charged with that, but is a "person of interest."

Those two victims are thought to be a missing Wheeling couple--Lauren "LuLu" Jenkins and Trevor Vossen.

Raleigh County officials held a news conference, saying they are continuing forensic testing to try to determine the identities of the bodies.

How sad, the death toll so far is 3. The parents and the unborn child. How is he connected to the bodies? I am off to do some research on this.
At least he isn't free, they have him in custody.

One set of remains confirmed to be Trevor...

A positive identification was made Monday of Trevor Vossen, 27. The Medical Examiner’s Office has not yet made an identification on a second set of remains. “Lulu” Cree-Jenkins was reported missing with Vossen.

Trevor Vossen recently completed a two-year prison sentence on drug trafficking charges involving a class I Controlled Substance. If he released the names of others involved as a plea bargain for that fairly short sentence, there would likely be payback. Wetzel County man sentenced for oxycodone trafficking. Bodies identified in Raleigh County, WV; homicide investigation started

One body had previously been identified as that of Trevor Vossen. Deputies said the second body was more recently identified as Lauren Jenkins, Vossen's girlfriend. Both were identified using dental records.

Ms Grace, You act like you know Trevor personally. It is true that he completed his sentence. As for it being short? It was 18 months of a 24 month sentence. If you have any knowledge of the judicial system, most prisoners are released early if they complete what they are asked to do while incarcerated and also have good behavior. There was NO Plea bargain!!!

Please post a link that states they are acquaintances only, tia! All the MSM I've been able to find states they are a couple, they were "boyfriend and girlfriend" and that kind of relationship often ends up in pregnancy.

Nickki - sorry if I missed a previous post but it sounds like you know one or more of the people involved personally? You could look at becoming a verified insider which would give you more rights to post about your knowledge. Until then, the rest of us have to go on information published in the media and by official sources only. Of course we know that it is often inaccurate and incorrect. If you are an insider it would be good to have you verified so that you can post facts that put it right.
