OT, but I'd like to thank you for that enlarged font. I'm feeling particularly blurry today! :)

I wonder if something happened to Aubree perhaps wherever she stopped to get gas &/or food...

It seems pretty quick to call off searches, no? Could she have been found or could they suspect foul play or maybe she reached out and asked to not be looked for? Did we lose Corona, too? I’m the most directionally challenged person ever and thinking about her being lost gives me anxiety. Is there no OnStar in that model of avalanche?
Many vehicles have the OnStar capability. However, unless you have a subscription you do not get the service. How many people pay for the service?

Red flags....

- Camping "friends" never went looking for her. Historically, this means they know that would be futile.
- All sightings by locals were prior to the "text message" being sent that she was lost, as reported in msm/local LE.
- LE quit this search kinda early, IMO. Do they know something? Like I believe @Gardener1850 , @TatianaBarbie, @Dre and others were saying they might have changed direction of the investigation or found information that they are not sharing, yet!

Ughhhh.... I am at work and someone disrupted by thinking process.... I will have to complete my thoughts later... please feel free to add.

Thanks, Holly!

Gosh, I wonder where she is. Not easy to hide a truck with a dirt bike on the back :(

I wonder why she didn't leave the dirt bike at the campsite with her boyfriend so he could ride it? Did she take it as a back up mode of transport in case the truck got stuck again? It could be nothing, but seems sort of fishy that 2 modes of transport are missing with her. If the truck is found without the dirt bike, then she could have taken off on the dirt bike. But so could someone who wants to stage a scene and throw off investigators. Reminds me of the Crystal McDowell case. CM's husband put his bike on the back of CM's car, drove her car to a sketchy hotel and then rode the bike home (after he had hidden CM's body in another location). I hope that is not what is going on here. I hope she's just lost and that someone will find her any minute now.

MOO.

Ugh, yeah. Didn't even think of it that way. Coupled with the BF seeming to not think it important to report her missing......

I'm just now able to check in this evening. I was soooo hoping for a "found" headline. Thank you to the new peeps on here. I sure hope a friend or family member is able to keep local law enforcement reminded of Aubree daily. I'm still weirded out about the logger/loggers being the last to see her.

Seems to be lack of urgency. We’ve seen that before with Missing Person cases. What could it mean?

Where are you AC?

<modsnip - unverified inside information>

If any of you are religious or spiritual can you please say a prayer for her children. There is a missing fliers circulating that has multiple numbers on it, please don't share it. Share this one with the phone number to the sheriff.

The lack in urgency is really bothersome. It’s been almost a week!!! She would have found a pay phone somewhere or begged for someone to lend her their phone to call a trusted family member if she was stuck in any variety of ways.

Where is the urgency from LE
and the bf? So baffled, I feel like there’s something they’re not saying???

What’s with the not sharing missing flier with multiple numbers on it but rather sheriff? Who put out flier? Whose numbers are listed? Is there some kind of feud between rescuers going on here?

The flier lists numbers for her kids' dad's side. They aren't relaying information to the right people. Her family would prefer the sheriff department be contacted instead of all the random people listed on the other flier..

Good questions, anOC. I hope you get those answers soon. Does anyone in your fam know the logger(s)? Have you seen the late afternoon text(s)? Loggers are the last to have seen Aubree.

I am not in Wyoming where all this is happening. Sorry. Just relaying information as I get it.

Yes, that was my other thought... Why isn't bf more concerned or at least acting like he is? When told to contact LE by her family, concerning her missing, he chooses not too? Who does that?

For the LE here, the vehicle has OnStar, but it's never been activated. OnStar is saying there's nothing they can do. Is that true? The family trying to convince LE to get a warrant to get OnStar to activate it. Just wondering if that's possible?

Why doesn’t boyfriend activate it? Duh?

So... while a woman is missing, there are 3 groups looking for her, but none are in agreement about what actions should be taken?
  • Aubree’s immediate family
  • Aubree’s ex/ kids side of fam
  • Boyfriend’s fam
I sincerely hope all efforts, disjointed or not, locate this woman soon! Wyoming is 2nd only to Alaska for sparse population density. It’s wild & rugged. If you’re injured or your vehicle’s off-road & out of sight, there’s not many homes to walk or crawl to. Very concerned.

Not so sure things are this strait-forward. BF DID contact someone to report her missing. As far as we know, Aubree never made it back to camp. If this is true, it makes the loggers the last to see her. We don’t know the history or duration of the BF’s relationship w her. If not that serious- or that long, perhaps he felt her direct fam would be the best source to report her missing & answer LE’s questions. Perhaps he’s had scuffles or personal conflicts w LE personnel. Not sure why it’s an issue WHO reports her missing as long as ppl get united to do what’s best for Aubree & get this woman found!
