I inquired a few threads back, photos were referenced, but still no date.

The door to door images make me curious if LE has asked to see anyone’s ring doorbell. If he arrived at the Reserve in a car, someone drove him if it returned.

What does "it made its way back to his home mean"? Did someone else drive his car back? That would indicate to me someone is helping him/he got home somehow.

That's what it sounds like to me. This is either a diversion with help or he walked back to the Reserve to end his life. MOO.

Another thing here in North Port it RAINS every day if he’s out in the reserves he’s in a bad place! I dont believe he’s there
There is a 7. 11 right there on river road maybe they have a camera that’s the only place he could go for food or water !

On totally another angle -- a couple (or ten !!!) threads ago, a poster familiar with hiking those area said that the areas where the couple had been hiking, etc., were not deserted or off the beaten path, i.e., they were popular and well-used. Apparently lots of hikers are in and out of many of those areas. So... IMO if Gabby were still alive and able, she could have asked or screamed or moaned such that some other folks would hear her. Certainly as soon as the hikers were able, seems to me they would have notified one of the LE sources, Park Ranger, medical rescue, whatever. If Gabby was okay, she probably would have asked to use someone's cell phone or asked someone to send a message home when the hikers were in cell range.
We don't know whether this has happened or not, but seems to me we would hear of it. If any of what I have just posted is possible, then it looks very dire for Gabby still being alive.

Yes. I wasn’t the poster who said this but I have also hiked all those areas mentioned. And the Jenny Lake area they are searching is SO BUSY. Like we showed up at 7 AM in order to park in the lot and catch a boat shuttle across the water to hike before the crowds got there. From I’d say 9 AM to 5 or 6 at night, it’s a full lot with cars lining the street and long waits for the boats. There is a visitor center there and it’s packed. Now there are hikes you can do that START at Jenny Lake and take you further out than a lot of people go, so perhaps that’s where they are focusing?

You don't need the cell phone company. Google does this regularly. And Google's official policy is they cooperate with missing persons cases. Google tracks and stores GPS data for all of its products (Gmail, search, YouTube, Google Maps).

Privacy advocates hate Google for this. Last year we stopped using Google products at my law firm because a security expert advised that it wasn't best practice for sensitive client information since Google rolls over so frequently. So I am not sure why you think they need AT&T or something when Google and Facebook both provide this information to LE.

In the press conference today LE clarified that they showed up at the house and asked to speak to BL. His parents said to speak to their attorney and gave him a card. The NPPD spokesperson said he didn't remember if anyone actually spoke the words that they were invoking their 5th amendment rights but that is how the police interpreted it when the parents and BL refused to speak and directed them to the attorney.

He also said the attorney participated in the call last night by phone and instructed the parents not to discuss Gabby. So they only discussed BL leaving and disappearing.

This is my thoughts exactly, I personally think they’re aiding and abetting him and they’re all using burner phones. And if I’m wrong then I’ll happily accept that on my part, this whole thing seems a circus show, narcissists hate the attention being on someone else and this is why I think they’ve created this scenario of him being missing to shift the focus off of GP and put him into the limelight.

How many resources are being used to search for him? How many are being used to search for GP she’s been missing for 3 weeks, it’s an absolutely absurd! And this is my own speculation and theory on this whole thing. IMO

Why would they do that? How would they know Brian wasn't somewhere near by & needed the car? Did they go there with an extra set of keys? Why would they do that?

Here is a map of Grand Teton Nat park; someone posted this yesterday and I want to give them credit as I saved it but i don't know who posted it. I am reposting so we can focus on GP and try to figure out where he may have left her based on the tik-tok video of the couple that picked up BL. I don't know anything about the edit on the map about him getting gas. But maybe we can get closer to where she is along the snake river near colter bay where he was picked up. fyi the water levels in Jackson lake are very low right now. Im focusing on the snake river and how that ties in with where he was picked up. thank you.

Second: Not answering questions or invoking the 5th article wouldn't automatically turn you into a suspect? And could you be held in contempt or something similar if you refused to answer any questions (e.g. obstruction of justice).

This is a missing person case, not yet declared a crime, so all that is irrelevant anyway.

Invoking the 5th amendment is not a formal declaration. The simple act of being quiet is an invocation of the 5th.

UPDATE: I just received clarification from @NorthPortPolice.

Just to make it abundantly clear, police don’t have either Gabby’s or Brian’s phone.

They also don’t have access to real time tracking.

Police can get records, but it takes some time.

It is what I call a 'tall story'. I hope charges are laid when LE are done appeasing the parents if this explanation is true.
