IMO Big waste of money...................Parents are not outside, so only see it online or tv and it will not motivate them to do anything or say anything.

The Laundries were spotted outside gardening yesterday. They do appear to go out into their backyard, not that it will motivate them at all. They are thus far mastering the art of stoicism, IMO.

I'm pretty sure LE said they would not make him available, so I had the impression they asked to speak to him and they refused. Imo
Are you guys talking about the well visit check on September 10th?

Well, the reason I asked this is because if the police were met with a note on 9/10 - with their attorney contact information - before she was officially reported missing, this is another piece I will collect to my "they knew in advance" evidence collection and therefore, they may have some serious exposure. It's another brick in the building blocks of a potential case. MOO

that's over an hour long - do you know at what point he says it?

Could someone please just tell us what "it" is? I have no clue what everyone is referring to!

I didn't say they needed to search that house, and the police don't need a warrant if there is probable cause. Gabby's van being outside their house is probable cause to go in and see if she's in there while investigating a missing person's report. The police going in with probably cause has nothing to do with "talk to my attorney. That's my opinion. Thanks. "
I'm not sure what other house they would have searched, but maybe the fact that Gabby's family had been trying to reach her for so long was enough to believe she wasn't there. Or maybe they interviewed the neighbor's and found nobody had seen her for the last 10 days.

They probably wanted to go in, but the Laundries wouldn't allow them. That's why I mentioned the attorney. Imo

That a group on TikTok funded the banner that is being flown over the L's house right now

I've doubted that he flew home, and the reasoning just didn't make sense. Also, in my experience, when parents don't care for a boyfriend or a girlfriend, as it seems Gabby's dad felt about Brian (Brianne), I think kids are more likely to lie to keep their parents from being angry. JMOO, but I can imagine Gabby's dad not wanting her to stay in the van by herself if Brian was gone a few days, so he might have sprung for the hotel room. And, the pizza one day.

Something like that--getting off the road and into a comfy hotel--could have been all Brian's idea, and he convinced Gabby to lie to her parents. I imagine van life would get pretty old, pretty quickly, if you didn't really love it.

Knowing Gabby's mom said the information was "mistaken," leads me to believe she originally was told BL flew home, but when the FBI started looking into it, it was probably easy to determine he hadn't flown at all.

That's the thing. Her father said in his interview with Dr. Phil that if BL left her alone in a state, he'd go get her. Then the sister, Cassie, said BL never left Gabby alone like that. So I find it weird that we have this trip in contradiction.

I wonder what he did at that time then. It would be very interesting to know where he was. I am having a feeling there is a bit we don't know about the time frame from August 12 onward.
I'm afraid that the whole "he flew home to Fl" story, in fact, originated w Gabby. If not, then that's what BL told her, or told her to say. jmo

Holy heck. I’m watching this now on the WFLA live. Wonder if TikTok paid for this? I have never seen anything like this in a case. Ever.
I think it is a concerted goodwill gesture.
Nice to see a collective to come together for justice.
Wish they would do it for every case. Perhaps I should say 'we' rather than 'they'?
Feels to be heart energy to me.

If those are the things kept in the storage locker I’m kind of surprised the Laundries would bring them to their home!!
They seem to be folks that keep their own things and property in good order.
I wouldn’t think they would junk up their garage with Stuff!
Up north we get spiders and mice in storage lockers. I’m betting it’s cockroach heaven in Florida. Who would want that in their homes attached garage???
No… I’ve had a storage until for 10 years. I live in SE FL…Most are temperature controlled & pest controlled. We don’t have basements down here due to the water level. Lots and lots and lots of us have a storage unit since we don’t temperature control our garages. All good!

I don't think it has ever been confirmed that he did leave and go back out west.

Addition: She may also be the most upsetting to BL given the widespread reports about how fond he is of her children. Taking her in (if they ever could) may be better than the parents. Her under fire might be the best chance of flushing him out. MOO

I think this may be true about his sister.

His parents seem to have their loyalty in one direction, toward Brian.
The sister has to look out for her OWN children, who are not adults and who had a relationship with Gabby. Her loyalty must be divided at this point.

Even if Gabby had gone missing on her own, or died a natural death, CL would have the unbearable job of breaking this news to her little ones. Under the circumstances as they are, I hope she would choose her own minor children over her adult brother.

IF she does know something.

The banner flight from TikTok is amazing. They have passed over the Laundrie home so many times!!

I'm pretty surprised that cellphone video of the incident doesn't exist. If someone is making that big of an a55 of themselves someone usually records it.

Ha, now that is something I didn't think of before but that is true! Maybe (hopefully) there is and it is in the hands of the police and just not the media.

I don't know what you mean about another house to search. Her van was outside the Laundrie house. That is her residence. Therefore, they should have had probable cause to go in there JUST like they collected the van. We have already heard from the Sheriff of Polk county would said he would have taken Brian in. So this idea that the Laundries can stop the police when they have probable cause doesn't jive.

And my point all the way back that KEEPS getting ignored is that I said from an article where the police actually DID have a warrant and did go in the house that it was ODD that they did not identify where she lived in that house or what things were hers. I don't understand why this got all the way onto whether they had a warrant because they did at that point. And before, they had PROBABLE CAUSE.

I'll just leave it there because this has gotten far off my initial discussion with the other poster and into stuff I'm not intending to discuss at all.

I've looked everywhere to find this. Could someone please link me a MSM article where it says Gabby had two Capital One cards? tysm

Capital One Credit Cards, Bank, and Loans - Personal and Business
*two bank accounts but you know, I did read somewhere this morning that Gabby had a credit card and a debit card. I’ll try to find it.

The indictment states specifically his use of a Capital One debit card and use of a personal identification number for two Capital One bank accounts totaling more than $1,000 “with intent to defraud.”

That's semantics. Legally they have no right to deny le permission to speak to BL. All they have is the right to deny LE entry into their home without a warrant. If there is a trial for obstruction it will be an important legal point.
Well, we don't even know if Brian was there at that point. LE stated that neither Brian or his parents were cooperating with the investigation. They may have asked to speak to him but we don't know what LE was told. Imo
