Yea now that I have had a chance to look at it, I don't think it is either, #1 that's a damn full beard for a 22-year-old to put out in a month,#2 this man arms seem bigger #3 I don't think Brian has a tattoo on that arm that big and in that area, of course, he could have done it in 14 days.
Looks more like a black covid type fave mask than a beard. Head hair is grown out and lighter but I would expect a dye job from a fugitive. Ears are obstructed by sunglasses at night and face mask ear loops.

IMO it's because Brian would be the only one who knows how she died and they can nail him in interrogation with that.

Imo, it's more that they can rule out others. I don't know how they could nail Brian with how she died questions. If he's guilty, he'll either refuse to say or say some other COD. If he admits the COD, that's not really nailing him, imo. More like a confession. jmo

We are not entitled to all the answers. I have to keep reminding myself that, as much as I want to know what happened to poor Gabby.

As long as CL has told the FBI everything that is relevant, I do hope that people will give her and her family some peace.

If Brian would just face up to his possible involvement and turn himself in, he'd spare his sister this scrutiny.
Yes, it would, but his narcissism is still in him and it will always be there.

Could Cassie or GP’s family get in trouble from the FBI for speaking out today?

There is no gag order so no. They can say anything they want.

The part I have quoted is interesting - did we know that Merry Piglets had no surveillance cameras?

Timeline of Gabby Petito case - CNN

August 27

On August 27, a Louisiana couple vacationing in Jackson, Wyoming, said they saw Petito and Laundrie involved in a "commotion" as they were leaving The Merry Piglets Tex-Mex restaurant.

Nina Angelo, who was at the restaurant with her boyfriend, said Petito was in tears and Laundrie was visibly angry, going in and out of the restaurant several times and showing anger toward the staff around the hostess stand.

A restaurant manager told CNN she saw "an incident" at the restaurant August 27 but declined to give her name or describe what happened, and said the restaurant did not have surveillance video of the incident.

Did Cassie mention asking BL about Gabby on Sept 1st?

Thats problem one of the items the FBI doesn't want people to talk about. The alibi (from their point of view) that BL was building for himself

from Josie Carbonare WPBF25News on twitter

“Hi Stephanie! Heads up the page you tagged [@sbertolinolaw] is actually a fake. To answer your question, I’ve spoken with Steven Bertolino on the phone - same number he uses to send all us reporters statements. I’ve offered a sit down interview with him, like many others. Stay tuned. Never know.”

Per questions about the texting versus more official statements.

So let me get this straight… her brother shows up back in town completely unannounced without his girlfriend, her “sister in law”, whom he had been attached at the hip for YEARS… and she didn’t feel the need to ask him where she is??? Because her children are around?? Sounds super suspect to me.
Families are different. Some talk about everything and everybody. Others sweep things under the rug (hoping it will disappear). Or maybe BL had given a plausible explanation and CL believed it, or as she said, perhaps important or creepy things are not discussed around the children. Every family has their own specific dynamics. We don't know enough about this family except that their son has killed Gabby, so I would say there is some serious dysfunctional stuff going on in at least one member. (Edited their to there. )

I would expect the FBI combed through the account to see if Brian made any recent or regular ‘contributions’ and if Gabby was just bankrolling him before issuing out that federal arrest warrant.

Doubt it. It's illegal, period. And they wanted a warrant on him. jmo

I believe they said they do have cameras, but they don’t go far back enough to still have the recording by the time the sighting was recalled.

This is fantastic. Thank you for posting this. She is the only reporter I have seen (thanks to you) to ask this question. I have always believed that the answer to this question is critical. I have also believed the answer to this question is before September 10th; possibly even before September 1st. MOO. Notice how he covered? That he's been their atty for 30 years? This is not looking good for those parents IMO.

Though if there's a gag order, perhaps they wouldn't be able to mention the gag order? Kinda like the rules of Fight Club :) Not sure if the legal filings regarding a gag order would be available to the public. IMO.

Did she? STG I didn't know that when I posted about it.
What was he good at? Seriously, he is remarkably irresponsible and spoiled. Jmo
