I hear you but the Moab incident was weeks before her death. It was not the cause of her death. I think that they just got caught and reported on for the public display of one of their many fights and we really do not know who instigated the fights. There were likely many fights like that in the two weeks leading up to her death (with a reprieve from the 17th to the 23rd). So, analyzing each fight is fruitless, at least, as I see it. There clearly was a pattern established, we know that. And the last fight resulted in her death. jmo
I got you. I thought your original comment was a misunderstanding of what I posted. I just wanted to address some unhealthy behavior but I don't ever want to send the message that her death was justified because of it.

Re: 911 calls
Right now , in the search for finding BL, I am more puzzled by the 911 calls and LE response to the L home starting on the 10th. The 10th was before the missing person report was filed, before the media and protestors were camping out front, before laundry baskets and flowers were defiling their precious lawn, before there were bullhorns, before Dog was at the door-so why were there 2 calls on the 10th and subsequently, 4 on the 11th???

Iirc on the 10th GP’s family started reaching out to the family of the man that their daughter loved. And that is when I think the *^%# hit the fan. I think that is when the Ls turned away from their phones and said to BL, (something along the lines of…) “wait a minute, G isn’t home after a fight like you said…, where the heck is she?” And having lived with this young troubled couple for quite a bit, and knowing what they had seen and heard, these parents had an Anthony lightbulb moment akin to opening a car truck, and an argument ensued.

And IMO the argument must have pretty bad. I don’t know about most of you, but it usually takes a lot to punch those numbers. The last time my family called 911, I was having a heart attack. So I figure tensions and fear and anger were at an all time high when 911 started to be punched from the Laundry home. I wonder if LE laid eyes on BL during ANY of their responses on the 10th or 11th? My guess isBL skedaddled after a screaming match with C and R ( and forget the new phone). IMO, they didn’t report him missing cuz they thought he’d be back.
then they called SB, and the “stories” began.

I hope Fox has made another FOIA request to get those 911 reports in full. The fact that they are so redacted speaks to me. If that info did not have anything to do with GP, and be important to future legal proceedings, I don’t believe they would be redacted at all.

Moo moo moo

Who talked to who and when and about what is becoming utterly confusing. Aside from the 911 calls on Sept 10th, apparently that’s also the same day the Laudries spoke to investigators “in detail”. That was the day before GP was reported missing.

"We understand the community’s frustration, we are frustrated too," the department said in a Sept. 17 Facebook post. "For six days, the North Port Police Department and the FBI have been pleading with the family to contact investigators regarding Brian’s Fiancé Gabby Petito. Friday [Sept. 10] is the first time they have spoken with investigators in detail."

I totally agree that using bullhorns and hammering signs onto their private property is not OK. And while I am not onboard with some of the things they have done, they may not have done anything illegal. JMHO.

Indeed, they may not have done anything illegal. Hence, we have expressions of outrage by persons who are not LE.

LE, on the other hand, had been staking out the Laundries home, following them to libraries, etc. This suggests LE feels that the laundrie’s are not giving them all the information they have.

The experience of Gabby’s family being ghosted, and LE’sapparent distrust in their candor make it very hard for me to feel a smidge of sympathy for them. Any illegal behavior can be stopped by LE. Protesting is legal.

Gabby is a 🤬🤬🤬🤬 side victim. Brian is a fugitive/possibly living a dangerous and unhealthy life now. The Laundries are picking up milk at the store.

THIS is excellent sleuthing!!!
Thank you! If there's someone a little more tech-savvy than I am, they may be able to look at the metadata on the DailyMail website and determine what time the photo was actually shot. I attempted to look at it, but I have absolutely no clue where to begin and basically just clicked around hoping something like "date created" would pop up. No luck.

This is the link to the 911 call
I've heard that. I was looking for the link about the officers not consulting him again and only consulting the second witness.

I've posted a) the police reports, b) the 911 call transcript and c) the witness statement.
The police report talks about going to see Chris at his residence. The witness statement is the statement taken by police at his house that night. There is no witness statement from the 911 caller.

Anyone see this article today?

Brian Laundrie's parents remove laundry baskets from their yard

"Brian Laundrie’s parents emerged from their Florida home Sunday night to remove protest laundry baskets from their front lawn — as well as a tribute poster dedicated to the fugitive’s late girlfriend, Gabby Petito."

Looks like it was this poster. In the video it seems as if they're taking it inside along with the laundry baskets.

That one is Chris. I did not mean to have ya'll spend so much time trying to find reports but did take me a while to find it..... With so many so called "experts" on TV I am just reviewing everything I know so far. Maybe also to get into Brian's mind to better figure out where he is now. I think he did not run far. Hopefully time will tell. Second injustice if he is dead and then not found.

We asked some underground bunker building experts to weigh in on the garden hand theory #wheresbrian #brianlaundrie #gabbypetito -

https://www.foxnews.com/us/brian-laundrie-manhunt-backyard-bunker

Drone video taken above the Laundrie property showing Roberta Laundrie tending to her backyard garden sent Internet investigators down a literal rabbit hole, with some claiming they saw a hand poke out of the soil to take something from the gardening mother.

But the chance that Brian Laundrie, the fugitive subject of a federal bank fraud warrant and person of interest in fiance Gabby Petito's unsolved homicide, is hiding out beneath the garden is "about zero," Hubbard told Fox News.

"They would have figured that out by now," he said, noting authorities have already executed a search warrant on the property.

Lynch said it’s routine to conceal entrances to underground bunkers – even under false garden beds – but that didn’t appear to be the case in the video.

"The possibility of having a bunker there, his parents having a bunker, is absolutely 100% plausible," he said. "However, that being said, it didn't look anything like if a hand came out of the bunker to me."

Ohhh- I didn't realize it was at his residence. That makes sense. Thanks.

I'm starting to believe BL fled his home before the new date of the 13th, what better distraction in the media coverage of GP missing, than the country being consumed with the 2oth anniversary of 11/9.

The pushed scenario would be Homicide - Accidental Death.

A coroner would be able to identify a fatal head wound but probably not how it occurred, if intent played a roll - whether from someone deliberately getting bashed on the head with a rock or accidentally falling after being pushed. JMO

That is one person too many.

MOO I don't need multiple witnesses saying he hit her.

If he did that in public, what was it like in private?
:0(

For the sake of complete information, that is the same number of witnesses who saw Gabby strike Brian.

I believe that some are trying to shift the blame to Gabby. Arguing about who slapped who first, they were obviously fighting all the time and who instigated it, doesn't matter at all since the 110pound, little one, ended up dead. Sounds like they are cooking up self-defense for poor little Bri-Bri. Ridiculous! jmo
I think that @esayer is correct in one way - that what happened in Moab doesn't matter because Gabby is now dead. Or is it? Do posters think that the incident was continuing resulting in her death or is it a standalone incident unrelated to her death?

I do not agree that people are trying to shift the blame to Gabby because of the Moab incident, but rather are trying to understand the complexities of their relationship objectively.

Remember there is substantial video footage of the incident of them separately to which posters are using as a point of reference for their line of thoughts.
