Can a lawyer here explain why the FBI has not charged Brian with Unlawful flight to Avoid Prosecution? Or is it because they haven't found evidence of Brian's DNA beneath her fingernails or on her person?

Thanks. I still feel that this is when he killed her, or badly hurt her. I just do not think his rage from the restaurant stoped escalating that day. I do wonder when he left to hitchhike for two days she wasn't still alive but badly hurt. When he returned he finished her off or she had finally died. Those two days make no sense to me, especially in light of what he finally does by taking her van and running home. Jmo

I totally agree. I think it’s even possible he knocked her unconscious left to go hitch hiking hoping she would wake up eventually and then she didn’t so he made sure she was dead because he knew what he had done.

And if Gabby was breaking down his walls and getting him out of his shell, the thought of the relationship ending could indeed have felt like his world was tumbling. Waking up from the “dream”.

If this friends account is authentic, it further shows Brian would likely be alone where ever he may be. It appears that is his natural comfort zone.

It says it was only when he was younger. Middle school is a weird time for all kids, but harder for some. He grew out of it in high school so I'm not sure it really tells us anything. Sounds more like this guy is looking for his 15 minutes. JMO

Like Adam Lanza.... not that I'm comparing the two, but also AL's mom knew all about his fascination with guns. I strongly feel that BL's parents were "denial" kind of people, not paying too much attention to him through the years. Of course MOO.

Everyone involved with this investigation has conducted themselves with nothing but professionalism. There is no reason to suspect the coroner has any intention of doing the same. Having a press conference gives the opportunity to avoid being inundated with hundreds of emails with the same few questions and having to spend time addressing them repeatedly.

I did not state anything different. I do hope they continue to handle this in professional manner. I was just trying to understand why they would call a PC if no new info was going to be released. It isn't as if we have never witnessed people getting carried away with publicity or public attention before. Not that they have, and I was just saying I hope they continue acting with the dignity they so far have been in this investigation. I wasn't insulting them. Jmo

I do not suspect the autopsy was actually performed by dr. blue, rather a board certified pathologist. JMO.

While it’s nice that they are sending all of that to Gabby’s family I can’t help but think those stuffed animals are going to moldy when they open the boxes, if they have been rained on or hit by sprinklers….

I can't help but wonder if the hitchhiking was him attempting to run, but then he circled back, realizing that leaving behind the van and any evidence it contained was far riskier than just driving it home and concocting some story about them having a fight and him driving the van home while she met up with friends, etc. I could see him killing her, panicking/hitchhiking, and then feeling like he needed to return to the van to stay in control of the situation. He strikes me as someone who needs to be in control. JMO.

Sigh. Watched this & all related vids several times. Do not see a door opening when I slow THIS original footage down. Do not find the other vid, by the other guy, with the door opening, and the blur relocated (imo) credible or reliable. Imo, moo, jmo. If I learn this editing guy works at NASA, used their equipment to enhance this footage on his lunch break & his buds at the FBI trust it, I will revise my opinion. Until then, he’s just another guy with YouTube aspirations who saw an opportunity for hits & hucked it up for the world to share repeatedly. I do believe many think his video is the same video as the Bethunes. It’s kind of like painting a moustache on a copy of the Mona Lisa & still claiming it’s the Mona Lisa. It’s not. Moo, jmo.
