John Walsh again to Dr. Blue: "You will be the most important witness at the trial probably. Do you have any doubts it's Brian Laundrie? Dr. Blue: "I can't make any comments about any suspects."

Well we almost got to hear from Brian Entin, but apparently he was on mute. Sadface! Instead we get John Walsh popping up twice to talk about BL, like dude, sit down and let some people ask questions that might have a chance of being answered.

Wow. I’m not surprised but just horrible. Strangulation takes time and anger :(
There is no doubt in my mind that she fought for her life. I’d be curious to know if Cassie noticed any apparent injuries on BL when she saw him on September 1 and again on September 6.

Strangulation sure points to premeditated.

Obviously, it is a very personal method to kill.

Neither looks good for BL.

My opinion.
Agree. MOO. He could have stopped at any time during those long minutes. She no doubt had his DNA under her nails. MOO

If Brian is troubled as he seems, him being gone could be a relief in some weird sort of way.
About the reported 911 calls around the time BL supposedly returned home to his parents in FL --- wonder if there was a confrontation ?
Imo.

That felt very gross and self-serving on Walsh's part. Awful
And he asked it TWICE. He has done some wonderful work in his life, but I have not been impressed with his comportment in this case.

I knew it. It happened in that van on the 27th. That b@$#&#!

If it really happened in the van (and it's a very factual theory), would've the drive-by reporter of the van could done something to stop the death of GP? Or would've be already too late? :(

Definitely not an accident! Strangulation takes time.

Homicide, suicide, accidental or natural are only four ways of death in Wyoming.

Did the L family know before this? I’m glad Gabbys family found out privately.
I hope they didn't have any advance notice, they don't deserve it, imo.

There is something in the tone of this press conference that is not matching up for me to the seriousness of Gabby's brutal death.
I noticed that as well. He was smiling when he had to start over. It's likely that he's never been at the center of a world-wide case, and it may be nerves. JMO. Also, as coroner, he's got to have developed some kind of defense mechanism to deal with what he sees, IMO

When asked about the condition of the remains of the body:

Dr. Blue: All I can tell you about the remains is the body was outside for 3 to 4 weeks.

This just makes me want to cry.

He says DNA was taken by LE from the remains and that the body was outside for 3-4 weeks.

There is something in the tone of this press conference that is not matching up for me to the seriousness of Gabby's brutal death.

Maybe to be a coroner and to do an autopsy, a little detachment is necessary? Plus Zoom often involves unintentional non-serious elements like people being muted.

JMO

I'm confused, if the TOD is 3-4 weeks prior to being found, that puts her dead before Aug. 27.
Yes, right after they left that restaurant, him enraged. Jmo

The Doctor is around this all the time, he isn't effected like we are.

I'm a nurse and I'm not getting a medically distant vibe from him; it's something else. And it's not just him.

  • #475
I wonder if there's a chance BL lied to his parents implying an accident.
Well this cause of death blows that out of the water. You don’t “accidentally” strangle someone.

So what day did she die..
3-4 weeks before she was found puts that during that week of the 23rd-29th...if my math is correct . Don't think they will release exact date at this point. MOO.

It’s got to be hard because there’s so much he CAN’T say.

So strangulation is very personal and close - and takes a long time. It is very painful. GP certainly fought back. I hope she scratched BL up really good to get a strong DNA match. This just pisses me off all over again.
