We know he suffered from anxiety from the cop cams, he said so. But IIRC he didn't want to take medicine for it. And look what happened.

IMO

That’s exactly it! In the orginal videos of the stop, he made his own comment about it and that portion of the video has since been silenced over. I made a post about what I saw/heard him say during the video on a previous thread and it got removed by admin.

I think poster stated "HIS PARENTS" which would suggest BL's. JMOO.

"if anybody is helping Brian it's somebody living in his parent's basement" refers to the parents of the person that is helping Brian and that said person likely lives in his (or her) parents basement, IE- they are a basement dwelling troll. I found this sentence to be perfectly clear in who/what was being referenced.

I.wish we.knew what he was.so.upset about at the Merry Piglet?
They knew what they ordered! What was added to their bill to.cause him.to be upset!
Odd they conviently.can't remember! It was.to busy

Could have been he got pi**ed about the quality or quantity of the food they got.... or that perhaps they weren't allowed to share a one plate order or it could have been the way the waitress looked at him or the waiter looked at her....
This dude was imo, a timebomb at this moment in time.
I believe it was the late afternoon / evening of the 27th when he exploded.

It'll be interesting if the corner addresses the contents of her stomach at time of death... if he reveals that.

I don't know, but if (under this speculative scenario) there were signs that BL had removed evidence (like a tent, sleeping bag, and other provisions) after discovering GP dead or disturbed the body or left a stone cross (I've never been clear if there was a second cross, found by searchers/investigators when they arrived at the scene), those could all be evidence that he'd committed involuntary manslaughter by locking her out of the van. If there was evidence she had been circling the van begging to be let back in and those appeals were ignored, that might be evidence of worse.
The coroner ruled the death a homicide within 2 days of conducting the autopsy with no available eyewitnesses.

The coroner lifts evidence from her body only.
He determines manner of death so even if she'd run a race all night he'd still just be looking at the story her body told.

I’m jumping back on this thread after taking a break from it (although I’ve still been following the case closely). Like many of the other posters here, I am also anxiously awaiting the coroner’s press conference and hope that we will finally get more details about Gabby’s final moments, but I’m torn on what to expect.

On the one hand, I hope her cause of death and surrounding circumstances are made public but on the other hand, I have a sinking suspicion that LE will want to keep those details out of the media for fear of jeopardizing their investigation/future prosecution of Brian. The FBI has, as per usual, been very tight-lipped about this case and for good reason, but the choice of a press conference is interesting. IMO it’s possible the decision to host a press conference as opposed to releasing a simple written statement means they might have new information to be released to the public—after all, the last time the FBI held a press conference about this case was when they announced Gabby’s body was discovered.

Gabrielle ‘Gabby’ Petito, 22, Grand Teton National Park, 8/25/21 TIMELINE thread *NO DISCUSSION*
Link to just the timeline only -

I wonder if we will get the date of the homicide in today's presser?
I wonder how close they can come to a date -- certainly they have studied the insect activity, skin condition, eyes, other decay signs, etc. Further, they may not release that either. I do not think we will learn the COD at this presser, FWIW.
It's difficult not thinking about her mom and dad with this conference (is that what they're calling it?) coming up soon. I would guess that they don't know much more about COD and date of death than we do.
I don't think that I would watch it, if I were her mom; I'd just wait and read about it (maybe) or have my husband or my ex tell me what he knows I can handle. It'll be on MSM for the next several days.
It's just so damm sad and maddening at the same time. :(

I stand corrected. I just read it completely different.

What do you mean "They can't remember?" And we don't know at all that anything was added to their bill, or her bill, that is, since she seemed to pay for everything. IMO

Maybe he was just having one of his tantrums over the stage of the moon or something.

I think it was the manager who said he/she didn't remember. Having worked in restaurants, that also suggests to me the wait staff didn't think the situation warranted calling the manager over. I also wonder if the instagrammer/observer who has talked to LE and reporters didn't exaggerate a bit. Supposedly she was sitting nearby but couldn't hear what the issue was when BL was "screaming?" Hmmm.

First I've heard of parents refusing to take a polygraph. Not that I'm surprised, but it's good to know for sure.

"Laundrie's father has participated in a search of the nature reserve for him, but he has no plans to assist in police searches and the couple will not take a polygraph test, Bertolino said."

Gabby Petito: Authorities to provide more details on the final autopsy report, more than a month after she was reported missing - CNN

So here's the thing. I'm not defending them, but I would never in my life take a polygraph test no matter what. As an attorney, I know that these are not admissible in court. They test bodily reactions. A murderer who doesn't have emotions will pass, where someone who is scared and hasn't done anything wrong can fail. It's too risky.

From last thread:
@Which_pancake

I don't know what evidentiary value it will have (if the door is ever even determined to have closed at all).

I have long thought (from the evidence we have seen) that GP died on the 27th, after the Merry Piglets. MOO The reason why I joined the conversation on this video last night was strictly due to narrowing down a small window on the time of her death. While this is speculation, of course, I do think if it can ever established he was in that van alone, hiding as he heard a car approaching, we have more pieces to the time of death question.

If Gabby was dead prior to the time of the Bethune's video (6 p.m.), this would narrow the window time of death to between 2 pm give or take and 6 p.m. on 8/27/2021.

LE very likely will not be able to prove it was he and he alone in the van unless LE has some other evidence or unless they are able to elicit in a confession if they ever find him. MOO So in that respect, you're right. They likely won't use it in any proceeding, though it may be useful to their investigation. MOO.

(Note: if there is a way to quote a response from a closed thread can someone point me in the right direction? Thank you!)

“Dr. Blue will be addressing the cause and manner of death today,” Teton County confirms to Fox News that the official cause of death for #GabbyPetito will be addressed during this afternoon’s presser #GabbyPetitoAutopsy #BrianLaundrie

I hope this is accurate re COD! I really did not expect that COD would be revealed. Maybe this means FBI has overwhelming evidence that BL killed Gabby. Hope Hope. jmo

I have to say, neither would I . Ever. I would not trust the machine or the person to correctly read the responses. Jmo

According to Palm Beach County State Attorney Dave Aronberg, if Brian Laundrie’s family attorney knows exactly where the fugitive 23-year-old is, he is not required by law to inform the FBI of his client’s whereabouts.

On Monday night, News Nation spoke with Aronberg, who is also a former state legislator.

“No one is compelled to affirmatively alert law enforcement where someone is,” Aronberg added.

“Now, don’t even think about it in terms of whether or not Brian has a lawyer – no one is compelled to go to a police officer affirmatively and say, ‘Hey, I know where he is,'” he continued.

“It is a criminal to lie to police enforcement when they ask you a question. Even though lawyers are protected by the attorney-client privilege, there is a crime fraud exception. So, if the lawyer assists Brian in escaping, or if the lawyer destroys evidence, it would be a felony, and the lawyer might face charges.

“But no, even if the lawyer knows where Brian is, he is under no responsibility to go to police enforcement and inform them.”

Absolutely heartbreaking. I can’t imagine the pain her family is going through.
