Wouldn't it be 9:30? I live in Ontario and we are 5 hours behind UK. 2:30 pm MT is 4:30 pm Eastern Time.

London is 5 hours ahead. I think they do not do daylight savings which puts them at 6 hours, but I do not know. I could be thinking of Asia that doesn't do DST. I know they do not. MOO

If Brian is only wanted for credit card fraud at this point and if he had his own cell phone account then LE really couldn't get the phone records could they or can they because he's been declared a missing person? I probably should know the answer to this.

That's pretty typical for parties of 6, 7, 8, or more and should be expected by most parties dining out but the OP said it was an 18% charge on "discounted meals" that to me is just plain bizarre. "Semi-annual sale. 30% off entire stock, not including 18% discounted sale fee added" I could see myself saying "Huh"??? Lol MOO

I think it makes sense, as many people would tip a percentage based on the check total. The server is doing the same amount of work and their table is being used for the same period of time, but without this policy they are potentially making much less on tips. As a server for many years, this is what happened.

I have no doubt they subpoenaed his phone records a long time ago. Charges don't even have to be filed for that to occur, as long as there is probable cause that a certain crime may have been committed.

The coroner for the Wyoming county where Gabby Petito's body was found in September will announce the findings from the autopsy on Tuesday, officials said.

Teton County officials said that a press conference will be held 2:30 p.m. EST regarding the ruling on the autopsy of Petito, whose body was found on Sept. 19 near Grand Teton National Park. No other information was shared.

That may have been what BL was arguing. I have been in restaurants where the fact there was a mandatory gratuity was in such tiny print it was easy to miss. And I think "service charges" and weird fees have become more common with the pandemic and with the increase in minimum wage. Don't know if that's affected this place but on Google there's a Merry Piglets review from someone who got take out and was charged a $2.50 "packing fee" and an 18% gratuity. For take out! I bet most of us would be pissed but probably wouldn't throw a public fit.
