If he did it, I don't blame BL for going on the lam. This is his last chance to go where he wants to go. Otherwise, he'll be in custody for the rest of his life.

If he did it, Gabby lost her chance to go anywhere ever again. Permanently. There is no rest of her life.

Is it too late for LE or G’s family to make statements tonight in regards to this new development?

  • #543
OK this is just a thought. Does anyone know if BL was the one that brought the van to Florida orrrr did someone go out and retrieve it?? Just a thought.
That is what I was thinking also BL could have not even came back to Florida. I know police said they knew where he was but apparently they didn't

This is a downward spiral. I have no positive thoughts left for this case.

  • #545
I'd like the police to confirm they actually saw BL in person. I think I wrongly assumed they did a welfare check at some point even if he refused to speak to them beyond letting them look at his body.

I am so MAD at his parents!

  • #547
I like how you call him a fugitive. That is very accurate. There are not 2 victims as some media has pronounced.
He's a runaway fugitive, a runaway POI.

But that's not accurate at all since no crime has officially been declared... We are still legally in the realms of missing persons all around.

LE is looking really clueless right now.

  • #549
At this point, LE should disclose where he was when they knew his location. He's missing. If they want to find the guy, they need to state his last known location!
They seemed confident at the PC that they knew where he was. On the same night reporters near the house said it was very quiet and hinted that the family was not there. Did Brian leave after seeing the PC?

What evidence did LE gather? And how long did the parents hold on to it? Suicide note? Confession? Financial receipts?

  • #551
Somehow the police managed to lose the ONLY person who has info on Gabby. I am bewildered.
I wonder if the police ever laid eyes on him or were relying on what BL’s parents were telling LE. Were the parents lying to LE?

People keep saying that BL is on the run, but on the run from what? He hasn't been charged with anything. He could have walked out of his house, gotten into a car and drove away past all the media and protestors and no one could have done a legal thing to stop him. He's just a person of interest which has no legal meaning at all. He could go to the airport and fly out of the country if he wanted to. MOO, but if there is someone with legal training has a different opinion I am would definetely like to be put straight.

I am quite simply flabbergasted.

This is one of the biggest LE screw ups I have ever witnessed. She may never be found now. Let's hope the parents know where she is and/or that one of them was an accessory and can be rolled - hard.

  • #556
So now that the parents have been served a reverse Uno card they want to talk with the police????

How could he sneak out with round the clock eyes on that house? I doubt he was ever there to begin with after he dropped the van off and his parents realized gabby was gone. His parents probably led the attorney to believe BL was there, and the attorney led the cops to believe that. Maybe the attorney had never even spoken to BL and is instead dealing with the parents. The attorney seems dumber than my dog that plays fetch with no ball, so he likely believed BL was there. The parents finally confessed he wasn’t and that is what the attorney called the cops over to talk about today.
Omg thank you for the laugh, this was fantastic, dog playing fetch with no ball, haha! My thought was that they have a fenced in backyard (chk Google maps)he could hop it and leave via the street behind their house. Meet up w someone else possibly or if his parents arranged a ride. Just a thought. Someone here said they were in the neighborhood and as busy as the street is, the surrounding ones aren’t. Doesn’t seem to far fetched-IF he was home.

Guess the parents better lawyer up now.

WTH is wrong with this family!

If he took his cellphone with him then they know where he is. And it would be hard for a 22yo to do without a smartphone.
You can buy a burner at Walmart. I wouldn't rely too much on that.
