I remember finding a yearbook photo of a girl who could very well be Bitter Creek Betty. I wont say her name but if anyone wants to see the photo, I'll be happy to tell them in a DM.

I do know that the way they announced this is strange to say the least, but I have found evidence to support their claims. I won't show this evidence anymore out of respect for BCB's family.
Just an FYI - Clark Baldwin was found GUILTY in Pamela McCall's murder & sentenced to LWOP. He will be shipping off to Wyoming - but no exact dates that I have heard. And which county he'll be going to - Sheridan or Sweetwater County (for Bitter Creek Betty).
The Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation publicly identified her as Cindi Arleen Estrada in a Thursday morning statement.
She was 21 years old. She was born in Torrance, California, and may have also lived in Long Beach, DCI Commander Ryan Cox told Cowboy State Daily in a follow-up email.
Cindi's identification happened years ago, around the same time as Irene Vasquez's, and the names have been floating around for a while, but I'm glad to see it finally confirmed.
I believe Cindi was living in Des Moines, Iowa, around the time of her murder. The record has to be from 1991 or 1992, since those are the only two years in the collection where she was still alive. Strange how she ended up so far in Wyoming, but she was from California. Depending on the route, I think you could end up in the area by traveling between the two. Maybe she was trying to go to California, but met Baldwin on the way.

You'd probably go through Utah/Colorado if you were taking the fastest route nowadays, but I can't speak to 30+ years ago. Maybe he had a drop-off in Billings or something.

After a Tennessee jury convicted him of murdering a woman 34 years ago, an accused serial killer died Friday morning before prosecutors could bring him to trial for allegedly killing two women in Wyoming.
Clark Perry Baldwin, 64, died at 8:50 a.m. Friday, Tennessee time, which would have been 7:50 in Wyoming, after suffering a heart attack two days earlier, Pam Anderson, assistant district attorney general for the 22nd Judicial District of Tennessee, told Cowboy State Daily.

I do wonder if he ever killed anyone else, although there have been no other matches to his DNA. He was obviously mainly active around 1991-1992, or at least he left DNA evidence then. Perhaps it was a stressful time for him. An earlier post in this thread said he was divorced in 1990, maybe that set him off.

I'm sure there's still plenty of unidentified remains from those years still to be tested, though I guess his DNA would have gone into CODIS once charged.
I did some digging through FamilySearch. Cindi’s DOB was probably May 11, 1970. So she would’ve definitely been 21 when she died.
One of the things that frustrates me about Baldwin’s death is the fact we’ll most likely never see the court documents. Specifically, we won’t be able to see when the prosecutors say when exactly they believe Cindi and Irene were murdered. So now I’m stuck making my own estimates again.
