I hope they find him. they never found janna rivera.

The fact that this unhappy image of Silas is what was released to the media, that is all they have, potentially says something , imo. Poor little guy. Like you guys said, mommy's bf strikes again. :(

I hope they can recover him. Positive thoughts sent to the poor police who have to comb through disgusting garbage for a dead little baby boy. :( If that won't make a person need therapy...I've seen in cases where they make the POI assist at the landfill search( here in CO, a guy who killed his girlfriend, sorry names escape me at this moment). I hope they make the boyfriend go out there and search with them. 🤬🤬🤬.

So, at this time it seems he's being charged with manslaughter and reckless child endangering. I wonder if those charges will be u poo graded to murder, and if the mother will face any charges.

"Authorities then saw that the boy's mother posted on Facebook that a man named Santiago took the boy fishing and never returned."

Snip

"Authorities plan to search a 'newer' area of the dump on Monday. They could search through as much as 200,000 pounds of garbage.

The boy's grandfather reported the boy missing on Wednesday, telling authorities he hadn't seen the boy since Saturday. The boy's mother posted this strange Facebook post about her son's disappearance without going to police.

Authorities do not believe a man named 'Santiago' had anything to do with the boy's death. Above, the home where the boy disappeared from.

"Through several interviews, we learned the child was, in fact, deceased,' Gesell told Denver7. 'A party in the home took the child and dumped it in a Dumpster at our community college.'

'We know that the body was dumped sometime Sunday night or Monday,' she added. 'We are trying to narrow that down.'"
