A record high tide in Maine washed away three historic fishing shacks that had stood since the 1800s and formed the backdrop of countless photographs. The dramatic incident, which was caught on video, happened just two days after a shipwreck from 1911 was exposed by another storm on a beach in Maine.

INDIANAPOLIS — The Indianapolis International Airport (IND) is celebrating the upcoming 2024 NBA All-Star Game with new decorations all over the terminal.

Thousands of NBA fans are expected to travel to Indianapolis in about a month's time, and once they get off their flights, they'll be greeted to a shrine of all-things basketball.

So many burglaries and thefts around here lately. It's not everyday thieves take off with a plane though.

An update today. Plane was found destroyed. Very sad and senseless for the owner who put so much work into it. :(
"A small plane that was reportedly stolen from a Torrance parking lot over the weekend was found burned, the plane owner told ABC7."

The marching band at Oakton High School has won the first-ever For Whom the Band Tolls contest, an international marching band from heavy-metal band Metallica. The marching band won first place in the small high school category, taking home a prize of $15,000 worth of musical equipment.
