Yes, and I could be wrong here, but from hearing a reporter speak on day one (sorry, don't remember where, I think FOX13), the prosecution was not expecting Dylan to be the key witness here somehow due to him changing his story and saying he or Zach wasn't involved. Regardless if immunity.

When lots of details are given, I become skeptical, but I'm not on this jury. We'll see how he does on cross. I do not like immunity deals when the person is guilty of a serious crime...

Ditto! Some of his descriptions are...odd and I'm not talking about the crime itself. His description of the morning before ZA called him back was really descriptive. That is the part I don't believe at all. I don't know what he was doing but I highly doubt he went out to Camden to feed ducks and look at wild life to kill time.

So far, I find him very believable. I grew up with a junkie step dad who had many a friend like JA(one who even received the DP) and I just find the way he is telling what happened to have the ring of truth to it. The way he almost gets irritated when interrupted/questioned makes me believe it. When you already know something, and think you are explaining it well, being questioned on it is frustrating whereas in my experience, when someone is lying they tend to be so focused on what they are telling they will expand on it with out frustration because they are trying to sell you on what it is they are talking about.

He was given federal immunity where the Feds agreed they wouldn't use anything he testified to in this case against him.

Call me crazy but I actually find his testimony pretty credible. Considering he's not painting himself in the best light either.

And I hope and pray that Dr. vass testifies! Omg that would make my week!
