Why do you think they wouldn't since all witness testimony is evidence the jury can consider to come to their determination?

I think they will. It is chocked full of powerful circumstantial evidence.

Other cases have been won when there was no DNA or forensics so this one isnt the only case. In Scott Peterson's case they had no DNA or forensics but he was sent to death row and remains there today.

The jury would have to believe that ALL of these witnesses are lying and that is just not going to happen imo.

That is because the defendant usually confides in one cellmate. ZA was so proud of what he had done he had to tell everyone that would listen about it and oh, send messages for Dylan to keep his mouth shut or else.
