I, too, am starting to be traumatized by "didn't you". DA is making my head hurt. So, is she suggesting that he kidnapped, raped and murderered Holly because he had to leave a party her cousin was at? And I wonder if she has any proof of all these prepaid phones and gift card purchase from Wal-Mart, or if she is just making stuff up. Surely she has a better defense than "the TBI took your life apart, and bugged your house, and you have receipts showing you were somewhere else, but you really did it. Didn't you?" :gaah:

To my knowledge she is subpoenaed and may be a witness for the defense but is out of state

I hope she does testify. I think she has more baggage than an airport and the state will be ready. I dont believe one word this woman had to say. I no more believe Holly agreed to a threesome than I believe the moon is made of cheese. Wasnt she a stripper? Is so, I highly doubt she would have been offended by anything said to her. I think she may be the bad apple out of the Bobo family.

Really depends on the person. Some people I know (family even) who live in towns like the one "these guys" live, would install the same day or buy all of the stuff in the middle of doing the work then continue home to finish. Depends on the person but I don't think this guy was involved with Holly's murder so hopefully we establish that soon. For all of our sake.
