This guy not realize the prosecution said that her phone was moving because somebody else when she was not with it? And he's talking about ruling people out because her phone was moving at the time of the search.

My God this is a defense attorneys dream.

Interesting from the defense: A man with a kidney stone at the doctors at the time of the abduction can be looked at and need to look at his alibi a week earlier BUT ZA who has no alibi except getting gas at an expensive station should be ruled out.

The witness says, "My boss does want me to talk about him so I prefer not to." I hope the pros. get ahold of this and push on that.

I hope his folksy nature will be seen through by the jury. If no, ZA is in better shape.
