I was looking over the documents released in November and they had an aim conversation b/w Casey and her friend Iassen. During a chat on 7/13/08 Casey tells him that she "loves her nanny and she is definitely someone she trusts." I find this amusing considering she says this nanny kidnapped Caylee almost a month earlier.

I couldn't come clean with the cops because I did not want my family and friends to KNOW what I was doing for a living. I was a freelance escort. I didn't pay taxes and my Nanny did not want me to claim her as "childcare" on my income tax.

Like it's been said before. If KC were working as an escort, someone would have spoken up by now. Someone would have sold their story to the NE for $50K. Well, ok, but if the nanny wanted your kid so badly that she would run off with her, why did she kill her within a couple of days, put her in your car trunk for another couple of days, then dump her in the woods near your house? She surely didn't think you had any ransom money and she didn't give you time to raise any if you could have.

And she certainly didn't give you any reason to cover for her... especially once you found out your child was dead. Catching a murderer on the loose would be a far bigger deal than that imaginary murderer saying what they knew about your lifestyle choices. Nor did you have to be so hateful to Christina in that first phone call, which is just a little thing about you that always makes me grumpy.

I'm not ready to give up on that theory yet. Too weird that payments were being made and then suddenly stop and lead to a DL getting suspended. Why would someone put forth an effort to pay part of the fine but not all of it?
