Zellner Tweets

But, I wonder what she will do if she finds out SA really did do it. Would she walk away~~would she work a little less hard on the appeal? Would that be unprofessional for her to not give it her all on the appeal?

I think if she found that out, she would walk, only because that is her "thing", never to represent a guilty person again. It would forever taint her reputation if she didn't I think.

She will be in season two whether she had 56 tweets or 5600 tweets, with or without a hashtag. Kinda common sense as she will most likely be by his side as he walks out of prison a free man.
Of course she is going to be in it. Her tweets are great PR. Gotta keep the interest up. Even those who believe him guilty will be looking forward to seeing his last ditch for freedom fail.

I have watched it, missy, and yes, she said (paraphrasing, here) that the way she approaches her cases is that she takes on every part of the investigation and piece of evidence, because only then can the real truth be reached. She also stated that she views her cases as like she is going to war, because the opposing side will try and put obstacles in her way sometimes (delaying filings, etc...). I can see where her way of defending her clients might be able to pinpoint the actual perpetrator in her wrongful conviction cases, because it seems like she does a full on, in-depth investigation of the crimes in order to prove her clients innocence, JMO.

Ohhhhh so I watched Dream Killer last night!! First off.... Ryan's father is absolutely amazing and if it wasn't for him, I'm not sure where Ryan would be right now and if it would have ever caught Zellner's attention. The show sure helps me understand some of this more, some of her tweets, implying air tight alibi, her reasoning behind going through everything, it all makes sense. And geesh, it's a close race to the finish line between Crane (the prosecutor in RF's case who is now a judge) and Kratz!!! At least Kratz fell of his high horse before they made him a judge!!!!!! Seeing how long that took for RF makes me wonder just how long this will take too, I guess it depends what happens in each stage, but if Zellner truly believes SA is innocent, I don't think she will give up.

There is never a "last ditch" when it comes to Truth and Justice. SA will walk out of prison a free man. Of this, I am sure.

The truth in this case has been out for years with justice being served.

LOL
Then why are you here? What's there to post about? Case closed, right?
We shall see, my friend.

Making sure the real victim in this case isn't forgotten about. Thats what I'm doing here.

No need to worry. Nobody is going to forget about Theresa. Whether or not she gets the Justice she deserves is priority number ONE.

I'm not so sure of that. <modsnip>

I thought it was tacky when Zellner posed beside her name for a publicity shot, but at least she got the spelling right by photoshopping. Which brings me to another point...

60+ times Zellner has used the hashtag of the documentary she is allegedly appearing in.

How many times has the victim's name appeared in her tweets?

I guess nothing has changed. They're still de-humanising the poor girl.
Must not take sympathy away from SA.

Tweet 57? but who's counting ;-)

I'm glad she is getting some publicity out there for Melissa as well, I wouldn't know about the case if it wasn't for her tweets (and I think BCA mentioned it awhile back).

With KZ believing in SA's innocence and all that goes with THAT, nope, I reckon she is NOT going to take ANY sympathy away from him.

In HER eye's he is indeed, a victim as well in this tragedy. MOO

The difference here is that it is an undisputable fact that Teresa is the victim. To be honest, I'm not so sure Zellner believes in his innocence.

I theorise that this whole thing is more to do with MaM 2 than it is about getting SA out of jail.

Now that's what I call a "conspiracy theory"
As you say when speaking of the planting of evidence and corruption... Where is your evidence?

  • #436
Unlike the alleged "planting and corruption", I acknowledge it is my theory and don't get upset if I am labelled a conspiracy theorist. I don't perceive it as an insult.

I base my theory on several things.

1. Zellner's timing of wanting in on the SA case

2. The constant publicising of MaM by Zellner

3. This "documentary" took off like a juggernaut. Other than making Tv and conference appearances, making a part 2 was the honey pot to capitalising further. MaM 2 would not be possible unless there was something of interest happening. - Cue Zellner. Now we have a well known defense lawyer on the case who is not above trash talking on social media to keep up not only interest, but the public's perception that the cops and Prosecutors in this case are Public Enemy #1

Or, to put it simply...no Zellner...no MaM 2.

I know this is not a political campaign. The only evidence of hiding the truth that I have seen is MaM.

I think there are quite a few people out there literally shaking in their boots that the truth, the whole truth, is going to come to light.
