Is it just me or have the subscribers just scattered, not only here but on reddit? I honestly think she has to go evidence by evidence and debunk each one. And that is the only way she is going to satisfy the state because it's SA and not some other offender. The bar is just that high. If she fails to convince a judge then SA stays :jail:

Apparently the extension was granted and is now due August 29th. This is okay with me personally LOL I have a busy summer, but you can bet that I will continue to check in and I will continue to follow any developments. Until KZ files that brief, unless we get some more info, there really isn't much else that can be done. Also.... just because it's been extended until then, doesn't mean she can't file it tomorrow if she's ready ;-)

The reddit thing is just weird, it was like the FB page that was dismantled. Reddit seems to have broken up into "sides", the guilty and the not guilty beyond a doubt (which includes some "innocents" LOL)

I LOVE late nights with my daughter and her friends!

No more bedtime routine, homework, packing lunches. No more rushing to Martial Arts class or guitar lesson after school:happydance:

Have a few awesome concerts lined up for the summer:guitar::rocker: as well as camping, fishing & canoeing. Life is good!

Obviously I will make time to see what's up here also! Looking forward to seeing justice actually served in this case. ( Hoping we all stay in touch somehow )

It's a shame -a lot of the making a murderer redditors have left, deleted their posts or have had posts deleted because of mod censorship. Many of the best information sleuthers have left and gone to the tictockmanitowoc reddit. Or simply dispersed. I guess the MTSO PR campaign is in full swing. I'm ready for justice too. I'll be lurking the new developments all summer long.

It's a shame -a lot of the making a murderer redditors have left, deleted their posts or have had posts deleted because of mod censorship. Many of the best information sleuthers have left and gone to the tictockmanitowoc reddit. Or simply dispersed. I guess the MTSO PR campaign is in full swing. I'm ready for justice too. I'll be lurking the new developments all summer long.

They are slowly re-posting some of the better threads that have been deleted over there at ticktock....so all is not lost. And if anything, the "campaign" definitely did not work. All it did is make the brilliant posters who put the most work in on the MaM sub, even more determined to discover the truth. It is also very encouraging that the new sub is growing by leaps and bounds...853 subscribers in just, like, a week.

Speaking as someone who never found this case as black and white as the documentary made it out to be--I know a lot of my contemporaries/coworkers (who would also be the Reddit demographic) enjoyed being angry about it for a little while, and then the stories about director manipulation started coming out, and I think a lot of people realized the case was more complicated than they realized, and lost interest. Especially people who weren't familiar with true crime as a "hobby" and the fact that often you just don't get to know the real truth. (JonBenet, anyone?)

I personally was "out" with the burned cat. And I have no fight to carry on about it. I just notice Internet trends, and I did notice the hype around this one has died.

(Actually, I'm not hearing much about Serial anymore either. I guess season 2 didn't knock it out of the park.)

Also looks like she may be retracting SA's lodgement and replacing it with her own.

Very glad for Teresa's family that people are finally hopping off the merry-go-round.

Like Jaiddie stated 800 plus subscribers in one week would hardly be considered jumping off of anything, IMO.

Personally I'm looking forward to the three episode arc of Zellner writing her motion for an extension and the cliffhanger to learn the outcome.

Do you think they'll be just one episode that focuses on Zellner's trouble using the proper hashtags, having to delete the initial tweet and post a new tweet with the correct hashtag?

Who in the HE** gives two ***** about the documentary? I look at/for Zellner to tweet in hopes of A. A different clue/info is revealed B. The reaction from you all
C. I happen to like her & look forward to the outcome of all of this🍻

My guess would be yes, at least one episode focusing on the tweeting if they're trying to stretch it out to 10 episodes.

I think we'll also see a repeat about how he was wrongly convicted blah blah blah (you know, to keep the sympathy up for him). Followed by more shots of the salvage yard while we're listening to Avery's down trodden voice in phone interviews. They won't have him speaking on camera from prison, don't want the viewers seeing him for what he really is.

We'll probably see shots of Zellner's office with maps of cell towers spread out on the floor while they attempt to manipulate viewers into believing it is actual evidence.

We'll probably be road tripping with Zellner while she 're-traces' Teresa's movements after she left the salvage yard (excuse me for a minute, while I stop laughing ).

I guess we'll probably see the finger pointing at one of Teresa's friends, although they won't be named because she doesn't " want him to run" straight to a lawyer and sue her a**.

I guess we'll have to wait for her next tweet to discover what else will be in MaM 2. [emoji1]
