First of all it's NOT an ethical violation. Not that your hero is the epitome of ethical behavior.Zellner should have added "... and alternative facts ... relied upon"

No doubt this television show spokeshole will delete her tweet within hours anyway...

Oddly he didn't lose his job doing anything related to the case where Steven Avery murdered and raped a woman...To tell the truth, I'm not sure if an ex-prosecutor (KK lost his job due to his unethical behavior sexually preying on women caught up in the court system) can be held to any professional standards. It's astounding to me he's allowed to practice law at all.
If KK relies on 'inadmissible evidence' in his book, it could be that is the best shot he's got at trying to persuade anyone he's got a case.
My own opinion, naturally enough.
Took the words right outta my mouth AGAIN...seriously, stop. Lol😉Please list her ethical violations.![]()

THE CHRONIC FAILURE TO DISCIPLINE
PROSECUTORS FOR MISCONDUCT:
PROPOSALS FOR REFORM

While most prosecutors adhere to the maxim that their primary task is
to obtain just results, there are some who violate their ethical responsibilities
in order to rack up convictions. This article describes the distressing,
decades-long absence of discipline imposed on prosecutors whose knowing
misconduct has resulted in terrible injustices being visited upon defendants
throughout the country. Many honorable lawyers have failed to speak out
about errant prosecutors, thus enabling their ethical breaches. The silent
accessories include practicing lawyers and judges of trial and reviewing
courts who, having observed prosecutorial misconduct, failed to take
corrective action. Fault also lies with members of attorney disciplinary
bodies who have not investigated widely publicized prosecutorial
misconduct.

This was just retweeted by KZ: a picture of the letter KZ sent to DL in response to Kratz's latest allegations prior to last night's show. Apparently only one sentence was shown on the show:

Thanks for posting this IDK!!!
If there was only 1 call between TH and SA on 10/10/05, in which TH initiated the call, then I guess that rules out the speculation that SA was the perpetrator of the annoyance calls to TH leading up to the day she died.
