Zellner Tweets

TH's phone was not used again after 2:41pm & was not pinging to any tower (because the phone was disabled) by 4:35pm. And by sheer coinky-dink that phone ended up burned, along with TH's camera & pda in SA's burn barrels. Ping data is not going to explain that nor explain how TH's body ended up burned in SA's fire pit. SA didn't leave his own property so why would his phone have? Whoop-dee-do.

Here's another head-scratcher from the "framer": TH's camera would have had photos of the vehicles TH took that afternoon, proving she was at SA's property. Why would the "framer" want TH's camera and the pictures on that camera to be obliterated in a fire? Those pictures would have helped prove TH was at the Avery yard that very afternoon, and the time stamps on the pictures might have corroborated that fact, assuming the date/time in the camera was set & was correct. (Dumb Dumb Framer, destroying useful evidence to help nail SA even more).

If the camera was found with pics showing she was NOT at SA's house last then it is a smart thing for the individual(s) who framed SA. No evidence now...

Very insensitive. [emoji34]

It is very tacky and not in good taste.

She must have been on her way to Waupun see SA or on her way back.

I don't get why folks are saying that picture is in bad taste??? What is bad about it? Justice for Theresa is what this is all about isn't it?

Well, there is that camera card that was in the back of her SUV....

Also, I don't know that could prove she wasn't there. Who is to say that she didn't return?

It is in bad taste because her goal is not to find out who killed TH, but to prove her client didn't do it.

It would be even tackier if the "h" was photoshopped out of it prior to posting it.

I guess at the end of the day, Teresa's family know that she will not be successful in her bid to assist a murderer legally escape prison.

I was wondering if she could get in trouble for defacing public property.

I can't tell if the "h" has been rubbed out on the actual sign, or photoshopped out of the pic?

No defacing required. She (or someone in her office) simply photoshopped out the "h" before uploading the pic to twitter.

The photoshopping is, in part, why it strikes me as tacky. And, for that matter, disrespectful.

Maybe I am missing something. What is the significance of Photoshopping the H out?

Should have been Kratz's goal to find out who killed TH

Kratz' job was to prosecute the case, not investigate the case. The evidence amassed more than implicated SA. Ultimately it was the jury's decision.

Could there be any legal ramifications? For example, breaching attorney code of ethics etc?

The sign says "Theresa", however, the victim in this case uses the spelling "Teresa".

I don't get it. It's a sign with her name on it. To me it says "look, we found a sign with her name on it" on the way to see SA. It acknowledges that this whole case is about TH.
I am either missing something or I just see it differently. Each to their own I guess.

"Teresa next right"

Maybe she was thinking justice for "Teresa is Next right?"

IDK - rather disapointing - IMO childish - her behavour worries me- not very professional.

  • #138
Maybe it will go 'poof' like so many other tweets did.

No matter what your opinion is concerning this case,I find it very disrespectful towards Teresa's family and friends.I honestly do not know why she would do something like this.I like Kathleen Zellner.I just do not understand her reasoning. No reason to start showboating Kathleen.Don't make me categorize you with Mark Geragos or Jose Baez.

I feel the same way, and I have been a major fan of K Zellner ever since I started following the Ryan Ferguson case years ago. I have no prior negative impression at all either of her or the work she does, which I think is quite valuable and necessary.

But *this* case and the behaviors I'm seeing in *this* case by her and team have me scratching my head because (IMO) the social media optics don't appear to be helping her client -or- her. And some of them are just in bad taste (again, IMO).
