If her tweets are unbecoming of an officer of the court... what was all of Kratz's news conferences before the trial? The details that he went into without any evidence to back it up was far worse than anything Zellner has tweeted. IMO And again, IMO, I doubt she is tweeting anything she doesn't think she can prove, she doesn't strike me as being that stupid.

I have no problem with her tweets... other than the fact that I want more info LOL Netflix is what brought out this documentary.... when it first came out, it was all over facebook, news stations everywhere were covering it (I still get news stories from Global Canada who is still following it and posting updates), although the forums have slowed down a bit, there is still a tremendous amount of interest in the "story", so it only makes sense that she is tweeting. And she tweeted about her past clients too, maybe not as much, but she did.

oh and... I'm not sure who posted something about it being "generational"... but uhmmm, in the most delicate way possible.... Zellner is not "that" young LOL

Unlike Zellner, Kratz spoke with Teresa's family prior so they had notice of what was to come.

Anyone that has followed this case is fully aware they believe Teresa's killers are SA & BD. So, considering she is trying to get SA out of prison, it is very insensitive and unecessary.

I just don't see the need for all the social media. She did her job well before there was such a thing as Twitter and should just stick with that as the majority of her tweets seem unbecoming an officer of the court. And, as I've said before, ultimately tweets don't win an appeal. Not to mention, if she fails to not just free Avery but also now hand over the real murderer, all these tweets make her look ridiculous.

she mentioned it the video that DNA is needed to trump a confession... Soooo maybe she has DNA to prove SA & BD are innocent?

I think her tweets are aimed at the peoson she thinks killed TH.

Or...she is trying to place someone on the property, but can't, so she is claiming they used a fake id to gain access.

So Kratz making up a story that has zero physical evidence to back it is okay, as long as he talked to her family first? I say BS. There was no reason for him to have that news conference and to spew that "story". IMO he did that to taint the jury pool against SA and BD.

PB also believed SA was her rapist, but was she right?

I feel terrible for TH's family. I feel terrible that they probably relive that moment they were told their daughter/sister was tied up, raped, stabbed, throat slit, and shot 11 times. The latter was not necessary IMO A family member being murdered is bad enough.... the manner in which that murder took place DOES make a difference to the family.... and this is not my opinion, this is my experience that I deal with on a daily basis.

Just because one attorney acts in an unbecoming way doesn't mean it should be open season for all attorneys to act that way.

You can blame the Halbach's pain on Kratz as much as you like. At the end of the day, their pain was, and continues to be, inflicted upon them by SA.

Kratz' press conference was a silly knee jerk reaction to SA's accusations in the many media interviews he did, which were also intended to taint a potential jury, and will most likely regret that decision for the rest of his life.

Nonetheless, this particular discussion is about Zellner, not Kratz.

He was in the doco series. I forget his name right this minute. Ill see if I can find it somewhere and come back and edit. I didn't find him suspicious. However not much at all was made of those phone calls or him. But someone deleted those msgs on her phone.
