Zellner Tweets

Charles Erickson wasn't framed. Charles Erickson told people he thought he might have been involved in killing Kent Heitholt and then threw himself (and then Ryan F.) under the bus to police. He proactively admitted he committed a murder because he couldn't remember what he did that night due to alcohol/drugs and he assumed he must have been involved. Had Erickson not confessed to the crime, he never would have been in anyone's crosshairs.

Yeah, that was a very strange case (finally got around to watching Dream/Killer). Esp considering Erickson called LE two years after Kent Heitholt's gruesome murder. And I agree, imho, Erickson was not framed. He put himself in LEO's crosshairs. Even if he did not murder the man, imho, his, or for that matter, Ferguson's, cases do not even remotely parallel SA's case. As for attempting to draw a parallel between Ferguson & Dassey confessions? Again, seemingly different, imho.

There is an interesting discussion going on over at reddit. Apparently, the Anonymous twitter person ****** has been tweeting numerous posts alluding to the theory that the phone call records show that TH left the Avery property and then the records show that she then called the Zipperer's AFTER she left. I do not know anything about twitter so I cannot elaborate on that aspect but the theory that some are coming to over there IS interesting, I will admit. The theory goes that that call to the Zipperer's is actually the last call that was made and the last time that TH is ever heard from, so some are saying that Zipperer is the actual killer. Someone also made the statement that Scott Bloeborn (sp?) is talking to Zellner now (which makes me wonder about the pic that has been circulating that "may" show her RAV4 key on the counter in the background).

Also, there is speculation that the #checkaduhid means CHECK AD U HID and is reference to the Autotrader ad that Joellen Zipperer held up in the trial being different from the one that was found at SA trailer (photo link below).

As a sidenote, I have come to discover that it is not permissible to post links to Reddit, so I will just give the title of the thread that this discussion is taking place at. :)

Thread is titled: "The 0hour twitter page is going off. Opinions welcome"

I would not be at all suprised if this anonymous twitter theorist is connected to a certain attorney. Gotta keep the interest up!

Not sure what check ad u hid has to do with someone using a fake name?

 Really confused.
I might be being really slow here, but I'm just not grasping the significance of the Autotrader JZ held up being different to the one found in SA's trailer.

The only thing I could think of would be which one might be the one she was handing out that day, versus the other. For example if the one that SA has there was the correct match date-wise as the one she gave the Schmitz, while the Zipperer one was from a different dated one, that may imply that Teresa didn't complete a transaction that day (Oct 31) there as testified to. Or vice-versa, however had that kind of proof on SA back then (that TH did NOT complete a transaction that day as she did with the others) I am certain they would have trumpeted that fact from the rooftops. My guess is maybe that is where that hashtag came from: Check Ad U Hid, meaning the state may have downplayed an ad. At least that is what is computing for me, but I could be wrong lol.

BINGO!

Putting that together would mean? Stranger beside me? Check ad u hid? Stranger beside me--CA, EA, JS, BoD, ST perhaps?

The murder was in 2005. The Craigslist ad hiding ability started in 2015. How does that help a case in 2005?

It's the world we live in!

Everyone knows that =)

Personally, if I don't care for something a person posts, I simply do NOT read it.

Problem solved.
If her tweets are unbecoming of an officer of the court... what was all of Kratz's news conferences before the trial? The details that he went into without any evidence to back it up was far worse than anything Zellner has tweeted. IMO And again, IMO, I doubt she is tweeting anything she doesn't think she can prove, she doesn't strike me as being that stupid.

I have no problem with her tweets... other than the fact that I want more info LOL Netflix is what brought out this documentary.... when it first came out, it was all over facebook, news stations everywhere were covering it (I still get news stories from Global Canada who is still following it and posting updates), although the forums have slowed down a bit, there is still a tremendous amount of interest in the "story", so it only makes sense that she is tweeting. And she tweeted about her past clients too, maybe not as much, but she did.

oh and... I'm not sure who posted something about it being "generational"... but uhmmm, in the most delicate way possible.... Zellner is not "that" young LOL

which I believe is in response too this article today... http://wbay.com/2016/03/14/former-cia-interrogator-steven-avery-is-guilty/ which was based on this .... http://lawnewz.com/high-profile/deception-experts-jury-is-correct-steve-avery-is-guilty/

Pretty sure that Jaiddie shared the 2nd link yesterday. I do find this somewhat comical:
Employing this systematic, stimulus-response methodology, developed and refined by our team at the Central Intelligence Agency, we conducted a behavioral analysis of Avery’s interviews and commentary as presented in Making a Murderer.

I mean, cmon... they worked for the CIA, but couldn't find the full interviews or anything online, they relied on MaM? LOL

I was totally confused by tweet... I had to look elsewhere to figure it out ;-)

Since this article is about her tweets, thought I would share it in this thread as well...

“DOJ attorneys try cases in the courtroom, not on social media,” said Anne E. Schwartz, director of communications for the Department of Justice.

While it is true that tweets will have no sway on the judges in this, or hopefully any case, many are missing the point of tweets. Since the beginning of time the police and prosecutors have been using traditional media to convict people in the court of public opinion. This public opinion is incredibly under rated. In this new age of social media, intelligent attorneys have adapted and accepted that the fight for a person's innocence goes well beyond the courtroom. These attorneys are fighting a system that has systematically circumvented the laws and constitutional rights of people just like you and I. If an attorney does not use every resource avaliable in every venue to fight against these corrupt perverters of Justice then they, in my opinion, are not truly fighting for justice. They instead are stuck in the past and neglecting to see the big picture. Kathleen's progressiveness and success clearly proves this. Keep up the good fight Kathleen and continue to prove those afraid to evolve wrong!

I also tried to find peer reviewed work... under at least one of the individuals, and found none. Not that it does not exist. However, I am extremely skeptical that they have any published research.

In any event, I wrote this paper regarding detecting deception back in 2007.

Btw, and aside, the CIA has been searching for the ultimate "truth serum" since the 1940s, when it was still the OSS. In fact, MK-Ultra was created, in part, as a result of their search. And we all know how that turned out.

This case,

If it's not one thing..:fishy:

My :jawdrop: when I read " they worked for the CIA, but couldn't find the full interviews or anything online, they relied on MaM? "

Then, I read that line again, to be sure I read it correctly:facepalm:

Law professor -with no exonerations-thinks tweets have no impact. So why is he commenting about them? #MakingAMurderer #Hedothprotesttoomuch

Ok... this one actually made me laugh LOL :laughcry:

ETA: I'm assuming it's in response to the link I posted in post #194

Does she understand what the word "impact" means? Avery is still in jail last I heard. I guess the opinion of a Law Professor - with no exonerations, has had an impact on her lol
