Interesting suggestion.

With the latest MTSO report release, there is a 24 year old female whose name is blacked out, and replaced with "confidential informant." (See pages 2 & 13).

It's not, it's a 42 yr old female from two rivers. Some theorize it to be Lori Dassey. I don't know her dob so I'm not sure if she was 42 at the time.

By Nov 7, 2005, Avery's ex-wife would have been 44. Her dob is 10/20/61 (see here)

I stand on the confidential informant being 24. If you look carefully at those numbers in the last column, the age appears above the birth date, e.g. Earl Kevin Avery's dob 6/10/1970 is the 42, and Trinity's age is 22 dob 5/15/81. Actually, I see no need to sleuth the identity of the confidential informant. After all, she could be one of several women. Avery was not really well liked. He was:

• arrested for threatening with a gun
• threatening to kill his ex-wife
• apparently indulging in extra-curricular sexual activities with unknowns

And in the final analysis, Websleuths frowns upon sleuthing innocent parties.

A quick look at the family tree and I have Lori's BD on Oct 5, 1958. Don't recall how I got that BD date but that's what I have listed. That would make her 47 in 2005.

I simply accessed the file about the "threatening letters" and her birthday is listed in line-item no. 41 -- that is, 10/20/61 (I believe). Oh well...women never tell the truth anyway.

the informant was 42 lol If EA was born in 70.... in 2005, he would be 35, not 42. The alignment of the information is 'odd'.

As for the identity, personally, I am not sure it makes a difference, other than the fact that the anonymous letter found in Green Bay also said something about a "smelter". Also... again, not sure if it makes a difference... they had 1 incinerator, and 1 wood burning furnace. I don't think there was even 2 incinerator's.

The bones were not found yet on November 7th, they were found on November 8th.

it's correct according to the Wisconsin Court database, I checked LOL 10-1961 is listed.

Yeah, where I got confused was the page cutoff. I now see that MLL's name was on page one and her age on page two, thereby making it look like the age was on the preceding line, as opposed to the following line.

I pulled that from an article, but I forgot to link it. I thought she was older than SA but it's only by a year or so. ETA: It's not even a year if she's 10-61, SA is 7-62

Lt.Lenk was assigned to search the bathroom/laundry room which was adjacent to the bedroom?!
Colborn took photographs, and assisted as well?! ( I know, we all already know they're a bunch of liars. To see it all typed up in a report, given by one of the lead investigators of the case.:gaah: )

If SA was such a DANGEROUS crook, WHY, did they wait and conduct a couple of searches then go back and look for firearms? Sure, they found bullet casings/shells, I get it. BUT, you've got all these officers, in this small trailer, a couple of times now & KNOWING SA is a convicted felon, wouldn't they have noticed the guns right away and hauled him off then?? I mean, they hated him so much, right??

IMO, there obvious tunnel vision, lack of investigating other suspects, :no:looking at this case from the beginning until now clearly displays how " out of order " this investigation really is.
Many things aren't matching up, and I see quite a few contradictions where written reports do NOT mesh with what happened/what was said/or the physical evidence.
