Zellner Tweets

Sarah ~ yep, I'm not sure what to think of her tweets .... but I agree with you that I think it's all about keeping up with the "outrage" and keeping the public engaged. "Elsewhere" I see posters literally picking apart every word she tweets... and it does seem that the tweets that are confusing and/or have spelling/grammar issues are the one's she delete's later LOL Sometimes she rewords it... sometimes not. I don't necessarily take every word she tweets as gospel, but as someone that thinks there was issues with the investigation and trial, it is somewhat reassuring that she is doing something, and throws a crumb or 2 out to her followers.

I have wondered the same about whether she has ever walked away from a case, and I still don't know the answer LOL I would be curious too. I do think that she chooses her cases very carefully and we need to remember that she did have at least some of the case files before the documentary every came out.... SA's girlfriend had been in touch with her long before, and I have no doubt that the documentary and the media attention to the case was her deciding factor.

I do admit.... at this point, if she walked away, I would 100% think that SA was guilty, only because of what I have read about her and how she vowed never to defend a guilty person again. I have to wonder if the people that think he is 100% guilty right now would feel the same if she is successful in exonerating him, and would believe it? I doubt it ;-) (kind of like the PB case... there are people that still believe he did it regardless of him being exonerated)

I also think that between her, Strang, Buting, BD's lawyers, using this particular case to highlight the problems with the justice system cannot be a bad thing overall, and it has brought a lot of attention to false confessions, how cases are handled depending on your social standing, etc.

As for the cryptic tweets.... I would have to go back and look, but the only one's that I can think of that pointed at any specific groups was the one about the people close to her.... and then maybe about LE planting evidence? I have read far FAR worse elsewhere.... and facebook... and then there are some crazy people that blog some pretty ridiculous scenarios..... it's those people/readers/crazies that I would be concerned about, not vague KZ tweets IMO I'm not so sure her tweets are cryptic... or everyone is making them seem cryptic by picking them apart ... example... #checkaduhid LOL

Anyway, JMO and all that.... I'm having fun with her tweets, I like that she throws a crumb or 2.... but ultimately, it's not evidence, and I don't ever expect her to show her hand on twitter.... I will wait to see what she files when she files it :)

Sarah ~ See the subsection: "Tatooed On His Arm" in this Newsweek article.

I don't believe he's capable of committing a murder. But that's not the key thing. The key thing was the evidence itself. The evidence is just flawed.

I am in agreement with you, Sarah.

Sorry, snipped for shortness. The subsection: "Tatooed On His Arm" is misleading. It doesn't refer to Eyler, it actually refers to Joseph Burrows. http://articles.chicagotribune.com/...0237_1_burrows-wife-mr-burrows-joseph-burrows

IIRC, he was convicted of meth production in 2008 and died in 2009.

I truly believe she believes he is innocent....and although I may eat my words here one day....once upon a time I believed in the tooth fairy and Santa Claus--only to be let down.

In any event, I'm in agreement with both of you!

Wondering if the change of profile pic is related to re-tracing Teresa's alleged steps?

Perhaps it would also be a good idea to re-trace the steps investigators took prior to proclaiming they only focused on SA.

I'm guessing she is standing by a cell tower. I don't think the fence around the prison would be that short.

Was thinking more the Salvage Yard?

Well thankfully Zellner got her cut of the settlement before he died... Another Zellner success story...

What is she 12?

Before that picture, she had another one as her profile...
zellner tweet pic 10.PNG

Then she put up the other one. Not sure, but the cars in the background make me think it's the Salvage yard, maybe SA's or Barb's backyard? Barb didn't have a fence up before, but I think she sold that property, so if it was someone not connected to the Avery's that bought it, I could see them putting up a fence.

No, I checked BJ's property is in EA's name. BUT-----I'm wondering if it is not a cell tower---IF--it is the other salvage yard in the area???

someone posted a google earth pic elsewhere....

I do believe it's behind either SA's trailer, or Barb's. Maybe where the burn barrel's were? It looks like a fence has been put up around the yard though ;-)

Zellner posted two tweets today.

I noticed she has over 700 tweets. I'm curious to go back and see how her posts were with other cases.

here are KZ's tweets from today. I have a feeling she has been going through BD's confession tapes/transcripts LOL I grabbed all of them at once, I was afraid to refresh because... well we know some disappear LOL

Or she is in damage control after the release of the latest documents and is using Brendan's name to herd the flock back in.

Export and deport the uniformed bullies. I guess that means to ship out of country the LE involved in this case.

I LOVE her!!

Uniformed Bullies, right on in this case. JMO.

I've been busy so I had missed this article:

http://www.rollingstone.com/culture...ice-after-steven-avery-20160420#ixzz46Q9Dvno3
Avery’s current attorney, Kathleen Zellner, has said that she plans to argue ineffective assistance of counsel as part of her bid to have his conviction overturned. Do you want to clear anything up?
Strang: She’s doing what she should be doing here, which is looking at everything, including us. When it’s late in the process of trying to challenge an appeal, the route most acceptable to courts when they think someone ought to get a new trial is to blame the defense lawyers. She understands that, we understand that. It’s always hard to get a conviction reversed and often the most acceptable reason for granting relief from a court is to blame the defense lawyers. That’s not Kathleen Zellner’s fault.

Zellner has tweeted responses to articles before, so I'm guessing her tweet earlier tonight was in response to this. IMO
