Didn't have time to read the whole thing though, so maybe I missed the comment about KZ. In any case, I take all these articles with a grain of salt, especially the Daily Mail.

I remember that! I fondly refer to BCA, in my head, as The Convert. lol. Wasn't an Early Adapter, but came around nicely! Her inquiring mind, really helped me with my own questions initially, as well as Jaiddie's awesome pics! I'm a very visual learner, and everyone made the facts a lot easier for me to "see".

Well, now that you mention it...LOL

Coming back from the cabin, I did have my open signal app up and going. Here is something interesting. The open signal app records the cell ID and the LAC. I didn't find any cell ID's or LAC's that matched TH's...but...most of the LAC's were 53542 or just the number 2. With that being said, I wonder if TH's cell ID's are a combination of the cell ID and the LAC. I did find a cell ID that ended in 211. So, if we were to guess that the last 3 digits plus the reference to the triangulation 01,02,03 make up the cell ID, then that would put TH at I-43 and just as KZ says...Route 151. (the same way she came) Oh and by the way...you might notice, I only have 3 out 4 bars for my signal traveling down I-43. I would have to think as you get further from the main road with the tree cover, you lose more coverage. Add to that the technology wasn't even as good as it is today back in 2005.

I think the majority of posters really want to know the truth. It's a quest for the truth. It doesn't matter which was the truth falls..guilty or not guilty~~what is the truth. We can all live with SA being not guilty and we can all live with SA being guilty, but there are too many areas that LE did not follow up with that could have proven a different outcome. If you jump on the Guilty bandwagon or the Not Guilty bandwagon, you really haven't given yourself a chance to sit back and say...what really did happen here..what really is the truth. After all TH deserves the truth be told, whatever the truth might be!

Online court records show Attorney Kathleen Zellner has until Monday to file a motion in Avery's case and she has to do it in person.

They are also sending a news crew to Manitowoc today just in case she shows up LOL

2) She's asking them to issue a warrant to test a different suspect's DNA
3) She's briefing the judge on what she will be bringing to the table on Monday
4) She's asking to retest evidence from before
5) This will happen today.

You are so right. The truth should be told! Not just for the sake of those in this case.

No one should be above the law, especially not...LE!

BUT this kind of corruption is more common than many people are comfortable believing.
Its high time for this fact to be in the spotlight.

Nope, no evidence has been tested yet. She only has access to the blood swabs from the RAV4. (Right Sinsaint? ;-) )

The reason people have been waiting at Manitowoc County for her to file is because she said last week that she is filing a motion to access the evidence. But this doesn't mean she doesn't have reports that contain information that is useful... for example... unknown DNA found in/on Rav4 and in the quarry.
