Safeguard, be well~~prayers to you. Get well soon! :balloons:[/QUO
Thanks BCA... I'm told if I get the ablation surgery, I'll be "cured", but I'm scared of it though. I'm too young for this chit!

You'll be fine, after all you have your entire WS family praying for a quick recovery! Keep us posted with updates!!

Would you have gone back in if they invited you?

Are you insinuating TH would not have "gone back" somewhere she was creeped out on an earlier visit? I do think you've just made our point for us.Thanks Limaes!

I'm not sure I understand your question. It has a hint of rudeness in it. But before I speculate, could you please expound so that I may understand better.

I was in no way being rude. I was trying to make the point that you seen something you didn't want to see, much like Teresa seeing SA in the towel. Even though you may not think its a big deal, its not something you wanted to occur again. Therefore, if those people in the bathroom wanted you to go back, they would have to trick you. Much like many, including the State, believe SA did to Teresa to get her back there.

You can't trick someone into going to a known address. I can't speak for BCA, but I myself would not have been afraid to use that restroom just because I was all..ewwww, even if I knew they were having a threesome in there. (When you gotta go, you gotta go).

Point well taken and thanks for explaining. However, SA would not have known about a private conversation between two girls/women~~so there would be no reason to trick anyone.

I have to get to bed, otherwise there will be some very unhappy taxpayers. Will continue this discussion later.

He didn't have to know about the conversation. In my opinion, the look on her face or body language would have spoken loud and clear. G'night.

Thanks. I will. I was mortally embarrassed to be stuck on the floor in our hallway, unable to make it to the elevator. I found myself apologizing to 911 dispatch, for being in my pajama bottoms and having no shoes on! :shame: I have an appointment with a cardiac surgeon on sept. 1st (thank God!)

By the way I love words that aren't words, and my daughter and I have a running list of our own words. I think everyone should have a few of their very own words. "unexpertly" is a good one! I shall use it hence forth! :)
:getwell:Prayers being sent your way and hoping you are able to get good news at your doctors appt. Good luck and also hoping you get to feeling better. :)

Making a Murderer’: Steven Avery’s Ex-Fiancée Claims ‘Behind Closed Doors, He’s a Monster’

http://www.thedailybeast.com/articl...laims-behind-closed-doors-he-s-a-monster.html
Yea, as this is the person that alleged he beat and choked her and police found no marks on her, as well as the person who states herself that she ATE 2 BOXES OF RAT POISON to get away from him and yet she went to jail repeatedly for breaking the No Contact order that the courts set in place keeping her from contact with SA, I don't believe anything she has to say. I think that she flipped to the states side recently to get something straightened out from her own record possibly from the state, JMO.

This is not Ms. Zellners tweets, but paraphrased some of what she had to say outside the Manitowoc courthouse after the filing of motion.
TH body I.D. testing to be done.
There is going to be confirmatory DNA testing done as opposed to only the initial presumptive DNA testing.
Laying out of all their investigation that will confirm a 3rd. party person.
They will get to the bottom of who really killed Teresa Halbach, and establish it wasn't SA.
All testing already done will establish SA's innocence.
Ms. Zellner states TH's body could not have been burned whole.
The Coroner in Manitowoc county was not notified of the murder or allowed on the property. This violates WI. statutes.

Thanks for posting this Karinna! KZ defintely knows her stuff in regards to DNA evidence, that is what most of her prior exonerations were based on. The phone calls, *67, etc are all circumstantial. Yes, sometimes convictions are returned based on circumstantial evidence alone, but if KZ can prove that ANYTHING was planted, the key, the "sweat DNA", the blood, I believe she will be able to prove him innocent. She feels she has enough evidence already. Maybe she's bluffing, but again, time will tell.

She also said that she got a tip and the tip seems to be very credible. OH, I don't think she's bluffing~~why say what you can't back up? Just say we are still working on it. If she says she has evidence to prove his innocent~~then IMHO~~she does.

Thank-you for saying you don't think she's bluffing. I don't believe she is either, but I'm sure those who think he's guilty do. I was just trying to be diplomatic, which I generally am not good at. **sigh**

FYI, DNA is also circumstantial evidence.

When it comes to Zellner I'd say many of us are in a "wait and see" mode, which is where I would think everyone would be at this time. Simply put, Zellner has not presented anything from her various tests and such. To say she's already proved her case is false. She's waiting for tests to come back. She herself does not yet know what the tests will reveal. She has beliefs, but she is still waiting.

So please don't spin what others say. Just because some are not jumping up and down declaring SA's absolute innocence and full belief in Avery doesn't mean evidence that Zellner will eventually present won't be considered.

And finally, no one is required to agree on guilt or innocence. That would make for a boring forum if everyone had to and did agree.

Carries much more weight with a jury than phone calls!!!

It didn't in the OJ case. The jury ignored all the DNA evidence. Every jury is different. None of us can say how any jury will look at the evidence. Look at the blood in TH's vehicle. DNA matches SA but claims of *had to be planted* abound.

Sorry, I didn't follow the OJ case.

Consider just the DNA/blood found in TH's vehicle.

DNA test determined some of the blood matched SA.

- It must be planted!!!!111!!! I mean obviously!!11!

- Oh they did a test to check for EDTA? That test came back negative?

- Well that test isn't valid and anyway they all must have lied and that test is old and no that can't be.
