Here's one hint: WI Crime Lab has stopped keeping log of contamination incidents they have. Are they afraid to reveal to public/journalists?

All I have to say in regard to all of this stored evidence is WHAT A SHAME!!!

These are people's LIVES that are being changed, for the better or worse, sometimes for the rest of their lives!

Whatever the reason for the incidences of " contaminated evidence "....

IMO this issue is critical and should be investigated promptly and thoroughly.

Poor Jerry. Search warrants are not testimony. In this case it would be a representative from the cell company, with some expertise, who would testify on the stand about what happened with each call and could be cross-examined by the defense.

It's good to know Strang & Buting did have the discovery though, including the search warrants pertaining to the cell phone calls.

It's a search warrant that is dated Nov 6th. I don't believe this one was served, but there is another one on page 21/22 dated the 16th, and not sure if it was served either. OF COURSE, there is no order to these search warrants and they jump around, good luck figuring them out LOL

The ringing 3 times thing... I'm not sure if every carrier is/was different and if the phone was destroyed or off at the time if it would ring or not.

If records are kept of all the contaminations of evidence and other failures of the police, then juries might become confused about whom they should be throwing in prison.

We know some of the infractions at the forensics lab had to do with being drunk on the job, and the prosecutor - besides being a rapist and stalker - was high on pills.

It's difficult for me to put much faith in these people and the investigations conducted under such circumstances.

Yep. Convinced now more than ever someone has TALKED and it's just a matter of testing the evidence! Zellner will wrap this case up in a tidy lil package and we shall watch a VERY select group of " respected " LE go DOWN along with a couple of others I'm sure:dance:

These " tweets " aren't squat in " a court of law " we know this. Having said that... I DON'T BELIEVE FOR ONE SECOND ZELLNER WOULD BOAST FOR MONTHS IF SHE DIDN'T HAVE THIS DEAL ( confession? ) SIGNED & SEALED.
