I'm hoping Jeff Ashton is right and that they will not allow OCA to testify and will settle out of court. Wonder if Morgan will settle for that? I think he most wants to depose Casey more than anything...
I agree lg. I think it's the principle of the thing to Morgan but if out of court settlement is the only way to win at least it's a win.

If FCA was smart, she would! So she has a lien placed on any future monies IF any. I really doubt that money part now!:great: thanks in part to Mr. Ashton's book and the wise people who are staying away from anything an A has in the works.

I think Morgan is looking at other things, only say that by the line of questioning to the A's. I think like so many, Morgan just wants the truth to come out, at least where it relates to FCA. I can see Mr. Ashtons point, like he said it would a big waste of everybodys time to go for another court hearing on perjury alone. More mayhem and so not worth it.:banghead:

KC will have money at some point, but by then she will owe so much that she won't keep much of it. Her attorneys will take a huge cut, the IRS will take theirs, and hopefully Orange County will not let her slide on what she owes. KC will have to do something even beyond BW offering her a million to show her face, which I expect to happen before too much longer. My guess is KC will eventually call Flynt and begin her new "career."

No offense intended, but ZG looked terrible, I'll be so glad when this is over for her and she walks away victorious.

I'm hoping that latest picture was taken after the 12 hour long deposition but yes, we can see there is nothing easy about her life is there...

Unfortunately poor ZFG is up against people who can't understand that it would be deeply distressing for a regular law-abiding human being with typical emotions to be accused of a crime against a child (by which I mean an actual child, not an immature 25-year-old criminal with Manson Family hair framing her mad, mercurial face who is pouting in her little chair and pretending to be a victim.)

bbm that has to be the most beautiful desciription of a very ugly thing that I've seen in years. if you're not a writer, buddy, you mighta missed your calling :D

I am spitting TACKS right now.

Sooooo MR *GREENE* Zeniada's deception began to show after hours and hours of grilling? ZENIADA'S???

OMG. POT KETTLE BLACK ETC ETC ETC.

I am so close to saying things that would get me banned... must... sit... on... hands.

:clap::clap::clap:
Well said Miss Plum

IMO OCA does not give 1 iota to the distress or the pain, caused to another because of HER words...HER LIES...

Just like in Jeff's book...they hoped Casey would testify to the abuse allegations...Linda was ready!!!! and looking forward to it....

But as we have seen and learned Casey does not own up to her malicious lies....she lets someone else do it for her or lies some more.

OCA will fight to make sure she does not have to testify..it's her MO...Lie, and lie and lie some more but never face the music..

I agree but I also believe there is a end of the hallway for everyone, whether they like it or not.

And that is where the root of the problem is...

OCA refuses to tell the truth
She refuses to face responsiblity to what her Lies have done the the lives of others...

Those 3 questions are not very important that Greene wants answered. I seem to remember a whole mountain of questions nobody on the FCA side wanted to answer truthfully. Also remember certain ones getting money too. I want to bang my head again!

Big Momma - You can join me on the other side of this wall! :banghead:

I was most upset by Greene's assertion that Zenaida involved herself in the case by lying and making up stories. What a laugh. Pot and kettle indeed Mr Greene.

I think of it as a maze. It's easy to get in but once you get to the middle, you have to remember every single step you took to get there. If OCA stumbles at just one turn on the way out ....... GOTCHA!

Yesterday, Zenaida Gonzales faced Casey Anthony's civil lawyer in a deposition that lasted for twelve hours. Mr. Greene gave no reason why it took him this long to collect his thoughts...:furious:

The attorney's meet in court in early December to discuss OCA testifying and to attempt to stop her from declaring the fifth throughout her deposition.

Not much out there yet - hope we'll see some statements from the Morgans today...

That's why Morgan and Co. were so strong at the A's Depo. A lot of people ball themselves up when the questions start going hither and yon, but all of them either talked too much or clammed up at the wrong time. Nothig was ever very straightforward with any answer. Morgan knew it, we all know it. It's so maddening, all that game playing going on :furious:

I might have to go over to the lawyer advice page here and see if the question was asked if it is right that an attroney speaks for their client in a Depo? I always thought the rule of thumb in that situation was an attorney could not talk, only the one being asked the questions and of course, the attorneys doing the Depo. I'm confused again:waitasec:
