ZFG Civil Case: Casey's Deposition #2

In my opinion, these things only work against ZG's civil case. Similarities with KC aren't what is in this suit.
ZG is clearly not a 10.
ZG has tattoo's.
The number of children and ages didn't add up.
All that matters is, IS she THE ZG. No she is not.
I may eat crow I have before but I believe that if the case does go to trial the FL judicial system is seeking revenge.

None of that matters because it was all before the jailhouse tape. In that tape KC had the opportunity to tell her mother that this ZG's picture was shown to her and it was not the ZFG and that, in fact, LE never showed her any pictures and especially "that woman from Kissimmee". CA took that to the media and that is what the lawsuit is based on. At this point it clearly becomes intentional on KC's part to implicate ZG. Before that moment ZG had a weak case. It is KC's own undoing here. She had done this to herself and she should have to reconcile this matter in a court of law.

Good lord the woman refused to admit she stole from Amy right up to the day of court. Claimed she was innocent. How bad is that? So would anyone think Amy would be wrong to sue KC for all the damages she has done to Amy? How about JG, RK, JH and the countless others she has involved in this case who did nothing wrong other than know her.

I am not speculating. Court documents show that Z?G was evicted from her home due to non-payment of rent before anyone ever heard of Casey Anthony. Z?G's attorney, in an oops moment, admitted she was unemployed at the time. She did not lose her job or her home as a result of Casey using the name ZFG. Those are lies.

I agree, being homeless and unemployed does not make someone a criminal, no one said it does, but it also does not give a person the right to lie in order to make themselves a victim in a civil suit.

CA and GA are not relevant to this conversation show I will ignore that jab at them.

ZG suffered whether she had a checkered past or not. She was not able to find employment. FCA harmed her whether she meant to or not, and should be made to pay. You really think ZG expects to get a ton of money for this? Please.

No one said that Z?G needs to have a checkbook that balances in order to sue. What's being said is that if Z?G is suing claiming to have lost her home and employment due to Casey's actions, she's lying. It's as simple as that. One has to wonder what else she lied about. Were there really death threats made or was that also part of her victim act?

I will not be dragged into a George and Cindy discussion on this thread. I don't want to be accused of going off topic or of beating a dead horse.

She suffered because of FCA's lies, whether she was the "real" Zanny or not.

What better way to clear your name than to go onto a nationally televised news show and let EVERYONE know you have been cleared by LE. By the time this show was aired...KC had already done the damage to her, the horse was already out of the barn. Going forward to let everyone know KC lied about ZG was within her rights and does not change what happened to her up to that point. The Pinellas 12 proved that not everyone was up on the details so while you and I know ZG did not fit the description because we followed the case closely does not mean everyone else did. People react to what they hear and ZG was local. Only ZG knows what she suffered and ZG is the only one entitled to have her day in court. jmo

I didn't know anything but a name before ZG hit the tube. She put herself out there and wanted to use CAYLEE as her ticket. To fame, to money.

Wellll, this is MOO but with all due respect to you, thinking that this ZG is innocent of wanting fame, and notoriety puts yourself right into the Pinellas 12 catagory, as you call them. I can't imagine anyone not seeing right through her intentions. She never appeared distraught to me.
She will have to prove her entitlement to court. I don't want to judge her personally and maybe she did go through a ruff time but she only made it worse, maybe the lawyers used her and talked her into it. That is a possibility but regardless she knows that the ZFG that Casey was talking about wasn't her. I think she prospered and either wanted the notoriety or went along with the whole scenario.

Casey did say that, on day one. It's in the initial police reports. LE pulled up pictures of all the ZG's in the system and showed them to Casey. Casey denied it being this particular ZG - who did not match the description Casey gave of 'the ZFG.'

Yes, I remember that as well. Although I do not remember at what point in time LE showed the photos to Casey.

However, when asked afterwards about this by CA (on the jailhouse video visit) Casey denied that she had been shown any pictures and that she had not ruled out this particular Zenaida. So, CA went forward with the accusations in the media that this Zenaida had not been ruled out. CA asked Casey if she could speak on her behalf to the media (same video).and Casey said yes. Therein lies the problem. IMO

KC has no money and if ZG were to win and KC will probably never have money in her own name.

The woman is innocent. She was not the babysitter, she did not kill Caylee. Please do not compare me with anyone in this case as that is against TOS and it is becoming personal when that is not my intent. My only point is that when people lie about others they are responsible. A judge has decided this case can go forward with good cause. Since the judge has more information than all of us here I can only say that I am happy to see that someone is making KC bear some responsibility for her actions. It's not about the money, it never was. Filing for $15,000 is a requirement for file a lawsuit and with what KC owes everyone else....it's pocket change.

My guess is Attorney Greene will try to settle out of court at some point but not until KC's appeal has been heard. jmo

Well Ranch, my opinion is my own and I'm not arguing anymore than anybody else here. I have a right to be here and say what I feel.
You shouldn't criticize anyone here for being in a debate or disagreeing with other opinions. What is going on here is mostly opinions because there hasn't been a civil trial yet, so people posting here should be able to express how they feel.

But we all know she is just going out in disguise because she will eventually strut and reveal her new Makeover. Of course she is waiting for the big pay off. I know people say they have moved on but I think most are still addicted. I find myself back here all the time and ask myself, why?

I do hope this goes to trial because there were certain things that SA could not use that in a civil trial can be used against the defendant. I have to think M&M may have found the link between KC and this ZG. When you listen to KC's description of ZFG it sounds pretty much like a desciption of KC with some differences. (Even though ZFG is a 10 she does have some qualities that make her less than KC, as in her weight[heavier], etc.) Physical description is similiar, ZFG watches children (same as KC), ZFG does not work (only pretend job) same as KC) ZFG dated JMH, same as KC, father provided ZFG with a car (same as KC), ages about the same. In KC fantasies ZFG had everything KC wanted and did not have, rich dad, her own apartment, ability to move around freely, change cellphone numbers, apartments, living partners whenever she wanted, and ZFG had no children only when she wanted them around, etc. Sounds more like the life KC wanted. jmo

I hope it goes to trial too because I want to see what disguise FCA will wear!

I think KC's disguising her new look, whatever that is ... maybe she's bleached her hair or styled it differently and doesn't want to expose it ...

IMO, it's pretty dumb to think any hairstyle or hair color change is going to be a good disguise for her ... there are just so many pictures on the internet of her in many different hair styles/colors, etc. ...

Her mouth, eyebrows and ears are what she should be concerned about ... oh and the tattoo ....

Another thought, if she wore the sunglasses throughout the depo, is that she may have bleached her eyebrows and needed to hide them ... just a thought ... it just seems wierd that once she was being deposed, she was still wearing sun glasses ...
