In my personal opinion only, there is no way Greene wants OCA EVER to have to go to a jury trial on this and have OCA get on the stand and testify in real words other than "....on the grounds this may incriminate me I plead the 5th...." Even if they delay and try to have ZFG wait longer until after the lying convictions appeal if Munyon rules that OCA does NOT have to answer any depo questions at this time, if her recent taking-of-the-5th stands, I do not think Greene will want this to go to trial sooner or later. I think they will offer a settlement. All depends on whether or not Ms. Gonzales is willing to settle or not, or go to trial with OCA taking the 5th and my understanding of what has been said is that the jury can take that 5th as a guilty admission from OCA. So Ms. Gonzales would "win" if OCA is never made to speak more than the 5th.

But I personally hope Ms. Gonzalez holds out for a jury trial, and waits until after the lying appeal is over, and makes OCA testify, and makes her give a personal, public apology.

I think also Greene just took this depo to the 12th hour because he could, I think Greene/OCA will try to settle.
All of this lawyer gamesmanship is driving me mad, and I know it goes on on both sides of the fence.

BBM. Yes, they are going to bank on that because if they settle, for let's say $150-$200k, they will still be bankrolling a few million from any future interview/book/movie deal. I don't think any of this will come through until FCA is off probation.

I want to see ZG stick to her guns and not to let down her guard on this one. I don't think JM would allow that. It's not just the money. To him, it's the chase to get to the bottom of everything-The Truth.

I recently read something regarding when the photo of this ZG came up, it supposedly was when Det. Allen and Det Melich were driving FCA over to Universal-it was a photocopy of ZG DL, not just a photo. I'm not sure, but I think FCA went back home after this, for a couple of hours and apparent, imo, she told somebody, possibly CA while home about the photo-then we zoom ahead to the jail video. For a long time it was a flipflop as to who was doing what to whom, but to me, it seemed like FCA was sort of setting up CA, but more than likely CA forgot some details and went ahead with her media blitz and calling out ZG. I think they both should be sued because both used the name, but CA put it out to the media. Surely she had to have known the repercussions on everything she had said because then she shored up her home and everything she and GA owned into a foundation-That was a very strategic move, they make money and nobody can sue them. these people are not as stupid as people may think.

More than anything, I'd sure love to know the real story of how FCA arrived at the Sawgrass/ZG connection. According to TL, he and FCA were busy that whole day. I want to hear the truthful words from FCA or another A-I want to see M and M burn them down.

KC never returned home after Universal. They took her to the police station after she viewed pictures of the licenses and LE questioned her further while they checked out ZG. This is when police took that famous "smiley" picture of her for the missing person's poster. It was after the picture was taken and they interviewed ZG that they arrested KC. KC had never returned home.

I believe the reason they are not suing CA is because she was repeating what KC said and did not originate the slander just repeated it. Legally there is a difference. JMO

That is the real Cindy...And that is why I will never have a speck of sympathy for this family. Each and everyone of them have acted in this fashion in one way or another and never giving Caylee a backward glance unless it has to do with money.
ZG had more class in her little toe than all the Anthony's put together will ever dream of having.

There is a difference in heresay, but why CA ever put more fuel on the fire:waitasec: in the media since she knew her daughter was lying all over the place at this point. It still is a wonderment that FCA said ZFG and Sawgrass-I know the registry card info, but still, I want to see a complete, full truthful explaination to that and of course so many other things. How can that little felon of a brat live with herself?

I hope ZG gets what she so rightfully deserves. I'd be more than a little upset if I was targeted, LE showing up at my door for something I never would do and then the media-This lady deserves a lot of something.

We've seen the tenant application card, we've heard how it's just coincidence, we've been told it couldn't have happened because people were in the wrong places. I don't believe a word of it. IMO OCA stalked ZG and in some underhanded way obtained her details. It cannot be coincidental.

I'm hoping it all comes out. Let's hope ZG sticks to her guns .. from the snippet we've seen so far, she seems reasonably comfortable and switched on in the depo. Let's also hope that ZG was able to answer all the questions clearly and truthfully, and Greene, after 12 hours, still got nothing new out of it he can cultivate.

Not even her parents come before her own self-gratification. If KC had the power to push a button that destroyed everything knowing she could survive it herself she would push it in a New York minute. It's how she "rolls". jmo

Exactly. At least 3 or 4 stories on that one alone and I'm in agreement, FCA bottom line, had to be there, she had to be there, maybe not on the 18th, but she had to be there sometime after to find that card. I used to think outside the box on some things, but no longer do. She is to blame for what happened to Caylee, no matter which way you try to slice it. She, in a big part, is to blame for a lot of people getting hurt in the aftermath-All the molestation talk-I leave it alone, but will say if it happened to her, she always had a voice and never said a word to her school or a county social worker, if it happened(God Forbid)to Caylee, she had the moral obligation to her daughter first and foremost to go to LE, but did not, so yes, she is absolutely guilty of a lot of things, 100%. It'd be a very poor excuse if one day she 'reveals' she was bullied by 1 or both her parents. Doesn't matter. She had the moral obligation to her child, it should have been Caylee who mattered most, not some bully story, not some story of her being deprived of a life and not some story of how she had no place to go if she was kicked out, she could have gone to a shelter with Caylee. There is no excuse she can ever use, not at all.

She did create quite a mess. Parents didn't help the situation either. What did Yuri say(sorry, tired now, my mind is sleepy)for a young woman who was of short stature, she never flinched or broke down the entire time she was being interviewed. That sure says A LOT. Until her, I never knew such type of people existed. Surprise, Surprise. :furious:

I don't think any one of them could be broken in a courtroom, we witnessed that already. It boggles the mind.

I have yet to see how those FCA loving diehards could explain how Sawgrass Apartments, the application, the car and license plate could be woven into the theory of her getting the name from the two houses that back up to the disposal site.

Agree and think the so called connection was interesting and mysterious to have conjecture about but in the end meant nothing. That sneak of a woman saw that card at Sawgrass - I'm convinced. When you strip a story down to the basics, what you have left is the easiest route. It's not complicated at all.

Just watched some of the clips from the hearing. It is time we start forcing legislators to enact reasonable rules in these situations...she had to sit there and testify, as FCA pled the 5th amendment?? Hope FCA's wages are taken from her for the rest of her LIFE.

I see no reason for the laws to be changed. Z?G is the one who initiated this suit against Casey. How can she expect to win if she refuses to present her side? The obligation is on her to prove Casey's guilt. If she can't do that, Casey never has to say a word. I don't like Casey any more than anyone else here, but that's how it works - it's designed to protect innocent people.

:seeya:The next thing the diehards will probably say is some of the paperwork landed right in the front seat of the pontiac-the wind brought it, or better yet, everyone in her family, but FCA is going to be blamed for undercover, covert like operations; going so far to link a name into another and running them along with the sawgrass information, the property information, the post office information, everybody going out of their way to blame FCA . I guess to them, FCA cannot do any wrong. :waitasec:

There is more answers, but I'm sure it'll be the same road show with the 'I think', 'She told me', 'I heard this from...' 'According to...', 'You'd have to ask ...'. 'I really can't remember', 'Supposedly' . FCA/A's know how to use those little words so as not to hang themselves up on anything. :maddening:

How is it wrong? Z?G filed the suit in an attempt to win a cash award from a person she claims harmed her. The burden to show that she was harmed and that Casey is the one who did it falls on Z?G. As I said, if she can't show that, Casey never has to say a word. If the players were reversed, if it were Casey suing Z?G and Casey was questioned for 12 hours, would you still be complaining?
